I'm 1000% sure that someone from Burger King secretly owns this McDonald's location and their sole purpose is sabotage. First of all, they've figured out how to get around the flawless system's Mcdonald's is literally famous for creating that prevents screw ups under any and all circumstances. Nothing is left to choice... for example, McDonald's has a button that squirts out the exact amount of ketchup and mustard that goes on a burger... somehow the employees here will figure out to put on too much or not enough. The food is always wrong. God bless you if you ask for an alteration to food. I got my 7 yr old a plain cheeseburger and somehow got an Italian Hoagie from the wawa across the street (ok not really but you get the point). The last two times I went there I used the app to order and pay in advance, I swear on my life, both times they weren't open. Last Friday, 7/22, I did a mobile order. I get to the drive through at 7:58pm and see an actual post it note with a message written in crayon that said, "closed at 8pm". I was like... huh? A few days before that, I ordered a few coffees and hash browns on my app... I get to the drive through and wait 5 min before pulling to the front. Its 830am. A guy is sweeping and we make eye contact. He looked at me and shrugged. Swear to god... Just shrugged.. Then went back to sweeping. I was waiting for Suzanne Summers or Ashton Kutcher to pop out with a camera. If it wasn't for my kids love of McDonalds coupled with my occasional laziness in not wanting to cook dinner i'd have stopped going here after my first visit. Whoever owns this Conshy McDonald's location.... just know i'm on to you Mr. Burger...
Read moreHORRIBLE! Everything that could have went wrong, did. Between the employees and managers I worked with, I must have experienced 6-8 errors.
I placed my order at the front register, scan my phone for points, and no points are given. Also, the employee puts in the wrong items. And--I get no receipt.
A few minutes later, my incorrect order comes out. I tell them the mistake they made, they take away my bag, and bring out HALF the order. I tell them their "corrected" order is still incorrect--and they bring out a completely wrong order for someone else.
I tell one of the employees that I never received my points when I scanned, and she quickly dismisses me and blames the app. Given how many mistakes her team already made up to that point, I'm highly doubtful!
Once I finally get one of the main managers to come out from the back room, as I'm explaining my mobile app problem to him, an employee goes over to my table and takes my fixed order--and heads to the garbage with it!!! I catch him right before he tosses it into the trash can!

Read moreI never in my life seen management talk to their employees the way this company does. Last week I was in there and the general manager straight belittled her crew. Her side kick the foreign guy is way worse! There is a sweet lady that works there older then the rest, I believe she told me her name was Rita. Well last week while I was there getting my coffee he yelled at her like she was a piece of nothing. That right there put a bad taste in my mouth! I think the owner should know how these two treat the employees in there! In my opinion animals get treated better! The only reason that they get away with it is because some of the people's situation. They have no other choice but to work there and its sad! I would not suggest coming to this Mcdonalds with many others in the area. Not even because of the crew members but because of the two managers! They are both rude to not only the crew but customers as well. They need to get off their high horses and learn a few things from their crew who have great customer service skills.
