La Cocina de Ana — Restaurant in Plymouth

Holy cow- just finished my dinner and I’m blown away it was so stinking good! Even my husband who doesn’t normally like enchiladas wanted more and we ran out! I called ahead and asked for the chilaquiles verdes but dairy free. (I saw that they offered vegan options so I knew they had dairy free cheese.) They were happy to whip up a special meal for me, and honestly as someone who misses real cheese very much, it was indistinguishable from the real thing. Ana is such a lovely person! We did a walk in this evening since we were in the area. We knew of the general concept but wanted to check out the menu and see what the shop was all about.

She took the time to really explain the food, quality and the take and bake idea, and helped us with pairing the menu together! It was toward the end of day and even though the coolers were low, she was able to whip up an entree in under 5 minutes with ingredients that were readily available. The food was delicious and easy!
