For the most part, I've had really good service at this location, but today I encountered the crappiest service ever. From the beginning. My son and I arrived and we're seated in a booth, the section was completely empty, except for another booth that was ending their meal. I ordered a beer, my son had a soda. Our server was Erica. I ordered an appetizer, which she brought to us right away, and then she never made contact with our table again. When she did bring the appetizer, she did not give us boats for our app or any paper towels. After that, our meal took 40 minutes to arrive, and someone from the kitchen brought our food and they did take the time to apologize for the delay because we would be getting new fresh wings. That's totally fine with me, take as long as you like, but it's common courtesy to let the customer know what is going on. We couldn't even ask because she never came by. I'm still sitting here, my beer is gone and she hasn't come by to check on us or ask if I'd like another beer. I had to ask the host for boats because our server never came. I've never thought about not giving a tip, in the past, as I have been a server myself and I know how much one relies on tips, bit this one takes the cake... Also, they more pleasant young gal that brought us our food, and apologized, I specifically asked if there was a manager that I could speak to, she said yes. I'm still waiting on the manager. It's been an hour and a half since I came in. Everyone knows, including myself, how much servers rely on tips, but during my time as a server, I strived to provide exceptional service, that made me feel like I earned it. Kids these days are entitled. I'm not even sorry for not leaving a tip. Especially if the manager is not around to ask about the service. That would possibly have earned Erica even a 10%. She's not...
Read moreI hadn't been to BWW in probably a year, and I"m not sure I'd ever been there for lunch. Yesterday we took some out of town coworkers (Sweden and Denmark) to BWW to experience an "American Eatery". Each of us ordered off their 15 minute guarantee menu. Boneless wings with a Garden Salad, Traditional wings with a Caesar Salad, Pulled Pork sandwich with a Garden Salad, and a Chicken Salad with Salsa and Chips. Fourteen minutes after we ordered our server came by, checked his watch and said "the food is coming out right now." Twenty eight minutes after we ordered our food came out. When it did the Caesar Salad was warm, not room temp, but warm. As if the whole plate had been sitting under a warming light for fifteen minutes. None of the sauces we ordered came with the food, we had to ask for them from our server. A few minutes after our food arrived the manager stopped by and gave us each a ticket for a free snack sized boneless wings, she said something but I couldn't hear her. After we finished our server was MIA. Eventually when he brought the bills we got four, each at full price. First, maybe ask if we want separate checks, second, the guarantee. When we went to pay (all together as it was a business lunch) the manager wouldn't honor the guarantee since we didn't ask for a timer. What timer? How were we to know? We all ordered off the special menu, our server said nothing, the menu said nothing, our server even checked in (while checking his watch) right when our food should have been out. Nothing from the manager though, she didn't care we got free wings as a conciliation prize. But now we have useless free wing tickets as we won't be going back. Service was lackluster, food was meh, our coworkers from out of town we...
Read moreUpon visiting this Buffalo Wild Wings location on Super Bowl Sunday, I must express my deep disappointment with the overall experience. This review is penned immediately after returning home, reflecting on the myriad issues encountered during our visit.
Despite a previous negative encounter, we decided to give this establishment another chance due to commendable management. However, our optimism was quickly dampened as our waitress displayed a lack of attentiveness. Orders were taken leisurely, resulting in cold food upon arrival. Rather than taking responsibility, she shifted blame onto the kitchen staff.
Additionally, as someone recovering from surgery, I requested a more comfortable chair, only to be met with resistance from the bartender. Thankfully, the manager swiftly rectified the situation with understanding and efficiency.
An attempt to order another drink was thwarted by a premature “last call” announcement, leaving me puzzled and unsatisfied. Despite managerial intervention, the service remained subpar, with plates left uncleared and minimal attention paid to our table.
While the management exhibited professionalism and empathy, the same cannot be said for the majority of the staff. Witnessing employees indulging in personal activities while on duty, including laughter, dining, and imbibing, was disheartening.
In conclusion, while the management demonstrated commendable conduct, the lack of respect and professionalism displayed by certain employees marred the overall experience. As a patron, I expected better service and a more enjoyable atmosphere. It is my hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for the establishment to improve upon their customer experience and staff...
