We went to dinner here last for Valentine's Day. Overall I was not impressed with the food. The price was over the top for the lack of flavor (about $16 each dinner dish). My boyfriend ordered lasagna. He compared it to a reheated frozen Banquet dish, covered up with a heap (and by heap I mean 2 ladles full) of thick, distasteful red sauce. I ordered the pasta primavera. The menu said that it included artichokes, zucchini, red bell peppers, and sweet peas (sweet peas? kinda weird, but I can hang) dressed in [herbed?] white sauce. Sounds pretty appetizing, right? The sauce tasted like watered down Western Family white sauce, there was 2 artichoke hearts, 1 small slice of zuchinni. Also included surprise additions: dominated by shredded carrots and mushrooms. Interesting (and not appetizing) combination of veggies if you ask me. We decided to leave without finishing. I told the waitress when we were paying that the meals weren't very tasteful and I was especially thrown off by the carrots in my pasta. She responded, "Oh, you don't like the carrots in you pasta?... The chefs usually just thrown what veggies they have available in that...

FOOD: ABSOLUTELY DIVINE; UNTOUCHABLE....why has Guy Fieri, not been here????? We had the Don Tacos to start off with and I honestly believe we just had some of the best tacos in the business. My wife had the shrimp and bacon pasta alfredo, and she does not like restaurant alfredo sauces, but she said several times, that this is the BEST alfredo she has ever had, while continuing to dig into her "to go home" box.... I had the shrimp and bacon pizza, and I can't remember pizza tasting so good. We both had one of their signature cookie pies, snicker-doodle and macadamia, both were delicious. back to service: all of the staff was helping out. the owner, ( Don) came and greeted us at our table, throughout our dining experience, and also when we left. Some "chain" restaurants you don't even usually meet the GM, let alone the owner. again, DON, you can count on us coming back. Nothing negative that I could say...
Read moreWe started with the spinach dip and then I ordered the Black and Blue Chicken Rigatini and my wife ordered the Three Cheese Manicotti. I really enjoyed my dish and as we where getting close to being done my wife found a small bit of plastic in the bottom of her dish. We pointed it out to our server and she apologized multiple times and offered to comp the Manicotti and give us a desert. We told her we were both to full for desert and didn't think that was necessary. After she walked away we had the other waitress, the bartender, and the manager come by and all apologize. Our waitress came back with the check and informed us that she had comped both entree's and had just charged us for the dip. I told her that I loved my dish and wanted to pay for it but she wouldn't hear it. Then as we where walking out they handed us a voucher for a dessert! The only other time I have ever had service like that was while on a cruise. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. They are a great place to dine...
