The order was made terribly and wrong twice. The first time the quesadillas had little cheese and were chewy from being thrown in the steamer even though they are supposed to be grilled. The 7layer burrito was under weight with little in the tortilla and had tomatoes after requested no tomatoes and that showed on the receipt. The gordita crunch was requested fresh Pico salsa and they didn't even put that on the receipt, the tostadas had only a couple small pieces of lettuce when they are supposed to be covered. The second time they replaced the order, the tostadas were sloppy with ingredients all over rather than stacked on top of each other in the middle, the gordita crunch had the wrong salsa, and again the 7 layer was under weight with little in the tortilla. The manager was rude and wouldn't check the book from the night manager from the night b4. She argued with me multiple times. I would not suggest this location until new management comes in to fix the issues. I used to work at taco bell at other locations and I was so disgusted on everything about this situation. I came throw drive thru and it was night time and the whole drive thru was black ice and I'm front wheel drive and I still slid when I got to the window I explained to the drive-thru worker hey your driveway is really icy you can probably cause an accident you guys might want to ice it and they said we don't ice star driveway one they should be caring about their customers enough to ice the driveways especially during winter and with the snow second off I only ask for four drinks total they rang me up for five I told him I didn't need the other drink and asked if I had paid for it I get mistakes happen but when I told them I didn't want it and I would like a refund for my money they had charged me for something I didn't want or asked for they proceeded to tell me they don't do refunds I asked for a manager and she gave me one they need to just educate their employees a little bit better and take care of the building and the customers that are coming through those drive-thrus I will never come back...
Read moreI made a mistake on my order, ordering a cheesy bean and rice burrito. I mistakenly took off rice instead of the jalapeno sauce. When i got it i didn't check to make sure my order was correct so i ate half a burrito with food allergens before i realized what was wrong. When i went back to explain the kid behind the counter explained why my order was wrong and rang me up the correct order. The problem was he wanted to charge me for a replacement when my order was wrong. So now i have food poisoning, half a meal, and will suffer for it later. What happened to good customer service when you have a wrong order it is replaced for free? This kid even admitted to having lactose intolerance. I wonder how he would feel knowing someone gave him an order with cheese on it and refused...
