I came to the outlets for my first time ever. I came from New Jersey for a vacation. When me and my boyfriend were finishing shopping we decided to go to auntie anne’s for a snack. We were really excited because we love auntie anne’s and were super hungry. Until we walk in and get greeted by nothing but rudeness. I came in trying to order it through my phone because I had a discount and I sat somewhere not realizing it had a sign. The girl told me to get off it. At first she was nice. And I respectfully got up and felt in fault some I didn’t even see the sign. Until she told others who were just standing there eating there food, that there is a food court across the store and if they can eat there. I realized that she wasn’t just rude to me and my boyfriend but anyone who walked in. I was struggling to get my app to work and we were just standing there with our bags next to the counter 5 minutes go by and she comes up and says “When will they be here”. I was confused, She then said “If you are ordering can you go outside and order”. Then I had enough and told her that I respected her request of getting off the ledge but she shouldn’t be allowed to talk to customers like this. Which led us to say that I will no longer be ordering anything from this place. I worked at an ice cream place for 3 years and never would I speak to people like this. I totally understand how it is to deal with people at stores like this but never should this be allowed. This was a young black lady, the two other girls seemed nice, it’s okay to have bad days but not to be rude. It’s disgusting to allow people like this to work at a place that family’s go too. I will never come back to this...

The pretzels at this location were just okay. They looked fresh but mine was a little hard and not as warm as I expected. I got the original and some pretzel nuggets and while they weren’t bad they didn’t live up to that amazing smell that fills the whole area. The cheese dip was decent but nothing to rave about.
The staff was polite but seemed kind of rushed even though the line wasn’t that long. It felt like they were trying to move people through as fast as possible which I get but it made the experience feel a little off.
It’s not a bad spot if you’re craving something salty and quick but don’t expect it to taste as amazing as it smells. The smell is five stars but the food and service bring it down a bit. Probably still worth a try if you’ve never had it but for me it didn’t hit the...
Read morePretzels were very undercooked, and the customer service was very horrible. The employees were very rude and need to show some compassion to the customers. They recommended a frozen lemonade, and when I went to order one, they got mad because it wasn’t ready. Maybe don’t suggest something if you’re gonna get pissy it’s not ready. Also, as I wait for my friends to finish ordering and receive their order, I was chastised as I took a bite of a pretzel that I need to wait to eat it in the food court. I guess the context clues of the whole group walking in together didn’t connect in their brains. Auntie Anne’s is normally a great place, but this one is severely lacking in terms of the product, along with the...
