Pigleta Boba — Restaurant in Point Pleasant Beach

I recently visited this store and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a lavender matcha milk tea, which costed $8.25 (for additional flavor, non dairy milk, boba and credit card fee), but the cup was only 3/4th full, wasn’t sure of the reason but it never happened to me before in any bubble tea stores. The boba itself was subpar—not chewy and clearly not fresh. For the price I paid, it felt like a waste of money.

Was excited to try this place after seeing the positive reviews and to support a local business, but left feeling let down by the quality...

I really love this place. There’s a lot of menu options and they’re all honestly elevated from what you’d expect from a regular cafe. The owner is extremely sweet, and everything is just really high quality and worth the pricing, which i don’t even personally find high for the way things currently are everywhere. so much fresh fruit and so many drink combo options! you don’t have to just get a menu item you can customize anything. I got a strawberry croffle and a lavender vanilla milk tea and they were both delicious. i can’t wait to go back!...

This cute shop is a wonderful addition to the Point Beach/Boro area. As a local, it is nice to have a shop that is close, and not drive a while to get a nice treat. I don't know what it is like during the summer season, but there is usually no wait to get something good! There is a wonderful variety of items and something for everyone! The owner is very nice and helpful. I would love to see some sort of seasonal menu and/or how to order some interesting combinations, like some other boba shops in the area. That may help motivate...
