McDonald's — Restaurant in Point Pleasant

In all my experiences the last 2 2 and half years with point pleasant McDonald I have found the staff extremely rude judgemental at times as well as letting one of there customers to be harassed during busy hours I have a stress disorder due to past trauma so being alone in in place where ppl gather can be very stressful for me it's a 50/50 shot if I will start having tics have a panic attack both or I will be jus fine on a few occasions I have went in to dine and have been harassed by the staff as well as other customers and nothing was done about it I was bullied because of my stress disorder because of the way that I tic or because I would have a panic attack and leave the store almost in tears anyone that has had a panic attack knows what it's like expecally in a public setting and being by yourself makes it so much worse you are in a hurry so you are dropping things spilling things or forgetting things so over all I am very dissatisfied with most not of the employees there are some good workers there and this is no and I mean ABSOLUTELY NO reflection on the gallipolis McDonald's I have never had a bad experience there they took absolutely no part in the bullying or harassment at all have nothing but good vibes for them so with peace love and positivity I will leave you with this rating and let you judge for yourself apone how you or a loved one are treated just take caution if you have any kind of disability or if your not dressed as nice as they think you should be (even tho it's McDonald's not a five star restaurant/or a church ) when you visit this establishment but as for the...

I was sitting next to the Big Bad Ron himself. At first things were mellow, then all of a sudden the red headed dude went ballistic. He began to toss big Macs at all the customers, From a distance Grimace darted across the eating area and tackled the red headed Ronald McDonald. "What just happened?" I said to myself. The police were called and as the officers walked thru the door, Ronald spurred out the opposite side of the restaurant and sprinted to Burger King. I believe The King and Ronald were best friends. My stepdaughter who I will not name was so impressed with how Grimace handled the situation, she walked up to Grimace and smacked the grin right off his face. He began to cry as the paramedics took care of the injured customers. Grimace was so upset afterwards that he wanted a raise. I did read up later that Big Bad Ron is now working at Burger King as part of the maintenance crew. All though all this took place Grimace still was having a great 50th birthday. As far as my stepdaughter slapping Grimace in the face, Grimace's wife is now in a lawsuit for the assault, she has filed for 3.2 million dollars because she knocked out his one and only tooth. It could take years to settle. We are now in the process of finding a real good attorney. We will fight this to the tooth. The morning shift is great I stop through every morning on my way to work. The night shift has a guy that works the first window collecting money and is the most rudest man I’ve ever met in my life. We have stopped through five times in the last two months and he is the one always taking orders and collecting money. When we got to the speaker he said yeah?!? What can I get you! there was no welcome greeting. When I began to place my order he seemed as if I was an inconvenience by ordering a chicken sandwich and a quarter pounder. When we pulled to the window he didn’t speak I got my card out he pulled it out my hand aggressively and handed it back and slammed the window. As a general manager for a restaurant I would never allow any employee to talk to my customers like he does! We have let it slide multiple times if he can’t treat customers right he needs to be put in another spot in the store away from customers.
