Yesterday my teen boys wanted the pink drink, checked the 2 locations we usually order from, and sold out, and getting off 210 fwy this location had it, and i thought hey lucky us, NOT, 4 kids, myself, & my husband 6 drinks, our usual totals almost $35, and in my opinion starbucks coffee is not close to good quality coffee, but kids ask for it so I make the best of it, but to my point, when we arrived they told us that for 1 they didnt have the fruit for the pink drink(my son had a point if they dont have the fruit how they make it then)should of thought it out, 2 the mango dragonfruit they filled the cup 3/4 with ice, and they had to have missed 2/3 pumps of syrup as it had no flavor whatsoever and im not a sweets person and this one was way to unsweetened even for me, 3 my lil ones hot chocolate smelled like old dirty rag literally, and was dripping and super hot, every other place its perfect temperature to sip, just because i saw the steam i checked before handing it to them, and lastly my caramel macchiato, I took one sip and almost spit it out, taste was terrible, it tasted like watered down coffee, it felt like the water used was the water they used 5o clean out the coffee machine, i did not taste any of the espresso shots ,unsweetened water down coffee with 0% milk no caramel was the taste. I feel literally laughed at because im sure they know what they did, if your looking forward going here, theres 2 other locations just about 2 miles away, I would avoid this location at all costs, I dont how long this has been going on here. Oh and almost forgot, they gave us straws, wondering still why its been a while since the have the sip lids...
Read moreI waited over 20 min to walk out with no drink because my ticket order was lost. I know n understand SB is busy n has its flows. But I've never had this kind of experience at any location. Their mobile order seems to take place over in person orders. Cause that's how It felt while I was waiting for my daughter's drink. All customers waiting were in person order. All while the mobile orders where walking in n out. The reason I walked is cause my daughter wanted to choose a gc for a friend's birthday. After waiting a good 10min n after I noticed that the customer that ordered before I did got her drink. I approached the barista asking how far my name was. N she respond with not yet! I walked back n sat cause I still had time n was being patient. I was the last person to order inside the store. After, 10min I approached again n this time another baritas answered me with I dont have an order under ur name? I said to her "I placed my order about 20 min ago at ur register. " she apologized n offered me a refund. The solution was ok. But it seem as too this was norms for them or the in mobile orders take priority. She went on to say their sys tem was poor n that they needed another coffee machine. I know this was not her fault. And maybe the manager needs to step up on her responsibility n provide what her location needs. Cause by far the worst location n...

Waites for abt 7 mins then told someone would be with me.waited more. 2 ppl getting their drinks remade cuz both were wrong. Ordered drink and put on credit card and cashier left. Another person shows up and I ask to speak with manager. Request ignored. Had to ask for receipt. Asked for bathroom code while drink being prepared. My daughter tells him it is wrong. I Ask for it to be written down. His code doesn't work. Asked my daughter for code. The non employee was able to help me!!!!! 4 employees in my line of sight and no one to take an order. 3 of them had on headsets. I asked why do you give the ppl in drive thru so much face and not those who come into the store. No answer. Srsly corporate. Take away their franchise. They disgrace your brand.
