The staff was friendly and service was good. It was extremely busy but still got food in a reason time. The reason for only 3 stars is that the Chicken Bacon Swiss had a paper thin sliver of a chicken breast. It was explained that the breaded chicken is not prepared there. It couldn't have been even half a portion. I know that other portions of meats at Arby's are measured, this couldn't have been but rather it was just a piece. The manager offered to make it right with either a refund or another. Extra points for that but Arby's food prep should have been more consistent and perhaps the assembler of the sandwich should have recognized a sub-standard serving. This won't stop me from trying it again but will examine the portion size before leaving...

To Kevin Houchin, so you want to bash Arbys in Pontiac? Well you need to get your facts straight before you try to give this establishment a bad review, first of your son Austin didn’t get paid, because of his own fault. The GM of this store had helped him and told him what he needed to do. So after your son was told what he needed to do, wasn’t done properly. Also just to let you know your son was let go because every time he was to work he was always late. Then on Sundays when he was to be at work at 11:00 am he never showed up until one or one thrifty in the afternoon. Never had a problem until today and now I will not be returning. We found hair in 2 different food items— ham and cheese sandwich and chicken bacon Swiss sandwich. The fries were stale and the jalapeño poppers were cold. Both of our drinks were flat and I’m scared to eat anything else we got from there. Seems almost intentional because we had to wait for a while but were the only ones there (drive thru) and parking lot was empty however still got disgusting and old food?
