I’d like to preface this by saying I am a loyal Dunkin customer who goes multiple times a week to get iced coffee. I’ve had negative experiences with the same cashier, Sachi I., in the past, but this one was extraordinary. Since it was Monday, I ordered a large iced coffee (and a medium, which is free with the deal). Since I didn’t want to drink 2 in the same day, I asked if I could have the large without ice so I could save it for another day. Apparently this was an issue (it never has been at other locations I’ve been to) and I was told there would be space left at the top where the ice would be. I was irritated, but that was only heightened when I actually got to the window and saw that little over half the cup was full of coffee, and that it was warm. He had also mixed up which coffee I wanted ice in (there was ice in the large, not the medium), so I politely asked if he could put ice in the medium and he blatantly told me “that’s not what you wanted”, when I am absolutely positive I know what I asked for. I didn’t mind that he had made this mistake, but the way he handled it was utterly immature. Even if I were the one in the wrong, the customer should always be right - and it isn’t a difficult thing to correct (especially since half the drink was already missing for ice to be added later, lol). There was also an issue when I went to scan my loyalty ID card. Although the brightness was already up, I was repeatedly told to keep turning it up and that “it isn’t scanning”, or “your barcode isn’t working”. So that error was on me, I guess. I chose not to fight that battle and wound up paying full price for both coffees. I have multiple gift cards on my app and that purchase drained one of them. While I tried to pull up the other, Sachi repeatedly yelled “you still owe 76 cents” while hanging half out the window with his scanner. ZERO patience or kindness. Not only were there multiple hiccups like these throughout our visit, but both men who helped us were incredibly demeaning and rude throughout the entire experience. And when I say “both” I mean: we were initially “helped” by one gentlemen while ordering. He was confused by our order, so Sachi spoke over him through the mic and was incredibly disrespectful. We were told not once, but twice, that 2 different add-ins weren’t available - soy milk being one of them. After we changed our order to have oat milk added instead, we were told that we were confusing. So to help the situation, I literally spelled out our order and made it clear what we wanted - 2 coffees and a donut. Yet when I got to the window I was asked AGAIN what we wanted. To top this off, once we finally had what we ordered, one of the lids popped of the large iced coffee because it wasn’t secured properly and spilled all over the car. By the time all of this had concurred, I didn’t even want my coffee anymore and did not end up drinking it I’m EXTREMELY disappointed with this experience and will not be revisiting this Dunkin’ location. As a customer ANYWHERE, I have not EVER been treated with such blatant disrespect or hatred. I usually love going to Dunkin, but for me, this experience ended in tears of frustration and was overall traumatic. I would never recommend this location to a friend or loved one because I would never want to subject them to such ignorance! Hopefully Sachi is able to fix his attitude, learn from this review, and be able to treat future customers with respect and kindness. It must have taken a lot of effort to be as mean as he was! I went thru drive thru ordered two large French Vanilla LATTE'S & since the guy didn't hear me he gave me two iced franch vanilla coffees. I could tell they looked off & said I ordered the latte not the iced coffee. The younger kid argued with me at first, went & got another worker & he proceeded to tell me I was a liar & I do this all the time. Which I usually order thru the app. I asked them nicely even after calling me a liar to remake them to the lattes & as I'm holding the drink out of my car waiting for them to take it back they keep arguing with me! They finally take it & the younger kid says next time say latte! I paid the difference, why sit here & argue after I paid the difference & even have the audacity to still disrespect me!?! Pulled up the the window she took my money and then handed me my latte and the she handed me 2 mini plain bagel bites things with cream cheese. I asked her if they had cream cheese in them and i told her that i wanted just a bagel!! Waited way too long. Thinking all it took was for her to take a bagel and throw it in the bag!!! Now running late for work get on the highway and pull out my bagel. It is a bagel TOASTED and CREAM CHEESE!!!! So i pulled over on the side for the road seen if i could wipe off any of the cream cheese. Got half a bagel! The small half! So i paid 8.88 for a Large latte and a 1/3 of a bagel!!!!
