The employees here were awesome, they let me call out an order for them! How cool. Not to mention the food was awesome with very little wait time. They have a coat rack right by the entrance, which is my favorite I've ever seen. Super cute! They had clean tables and floors, the drink station was very neat and fully stocked. Everything is accessible and easy to find. Plenty of space which is awesome if you are part of a group looking for a nice dine in experience with fast and friendly service. Bring yourself or invite some friends, Cookout has you covered!! Most of all, they have a wheelchair accessible ramp located by their spacious patio and the parking is conveniently located right by the ramp. If I had to rate this experience on a scale of 1 to 10, they get a 20!!

I was in a long drive and needed to stop for gas. I was hungry and this place was conveniently near by. And I'm so glad it was because I was thoroughly impressed by this establishment. It was immaculately clean, and had the vibes of my favorite BBQ establishment. They had a vast array of grilled foods which ate very flavorful and well concocted. Nothing here is obscure or gimmicky, just plain but done right. All the ingredients are crispy and fresh and the food appeared like it was made with care and pride. I think cookout has an edge over other drive through restart because they focus on service, quality, and customer satisfaction. Its very apparent.

Customer service was GREAT, the speed of drive thru was great, and the price was great BUT the quality of food was a disappointment for sure..... My tenders was as old as Jesus and should have been disposed of way before selling to customers. For future reference Cook Out.... Most people such as myself would much rather wait a little longer and receive fresher food than to leave quickly with trash food. We had 3 other meals but I only took a pic of mine from excitement. A friend of mine raved about this place so when we passed through from brunswick we had to stop....Kinda of wish I could have enjoyed my food and the full Cook Out experience.

Pooler Cookout is the worst restaurant in the entire south. If not the United States. I've had many issues with my food from this location multiple times in the past but never reported it because I know that mistakes can be made. But at this point it's just beyond ridiculous. This is at least the tenth time now. & I haven't even been to this particular location in over a year. But nothing's changed since I stopped eating here...

Tonight I ordered the same thing I always order at every Cookout location which is the Chicken Quesadilla tray with Cajun french fries. Not only was I shorted out of one Quesadilla of five(not the first time). They only put cheese on them. No chicken all. & barely cooked the Quesadillas.

One of the Quesadillas had a whole brick of melted cheese, while the others had only a pinch. & to top it off, they only gave me a toddler sized handful of cold fries. The only reasonable part of the meal was the drink.

It's stressful too because I live thirty minutes away in Savannah . After a long hard day of work, I just want to come home & enjoy the meal I spent my hard earned money on. Not have to drive all the way back to Pooler to tell the staff to do their job correctly. And what's sad is, these same employees who treat their customers food carelessly wouldn't want that done to their food when spending their money out to eat...but these kids don't care.

As always I just took the L tonight. As I've done all the other times in the past. I just don't have the energy for confrontation or to drive a whole hour plus to/from. I'm writing this to bring awareness to future customers. If you want quality from Cookout in the Savannah surrounding area your best chances are to take the drive to the Abercorn location. They are solid most of the time.

As a long time regular customer of Cookout, I am very hurt by the poor quality I've experienced here. I won't ever spend my money at this location & probably...

First time myself ordering at a Cookout. I’ve had them before when in Hilton head and my wife ordered and brought it. Here goes. Walking into the restaurant I immediately went to the restroom. The men’s room was acceptable. Fully stocked with product and mostly clean. Ordering….. I was third in line at approx 11 am. Ordering went smoothly when I ordered a $7 and change meal deal. Ordered the double burger with fried cheese and Cajun fries. Being uninformed about the fixings, the gentleman explained to me the toppings menu and all went smooth. I did notice that the pos system had that greasy dust clogging the vent holes and that made me look elsewhere to check the cleanliness. Upon placing my order, getting my drink from one of their 2 working fountain soda machines, I took stock in the overall cleanliness of the establishment. It was evident they didn’t clean under any of the soda machines or dust any of the dividing walls between tables. Ok I get it. It’s not seen from standing level. But they might want to try to do better in the future. My order was correct and tasted as expected. Not anything I would write home about but nothing to complain about either. “As expected.” They did have a customer ahead of me that complained about his incorrect order and it took two times to fulfill his complaint. The team member did say to him this is what you ordered, next time order correctly and we’ll make what you order. Maybe the customers fault, I don’t know, I didn’t hear him order. 6 of one, half dozen of the other. So to wrap it up, my order was under $10 and I feel the value was on point. The wait for the food was acceptable. The cleanliness could certainly be improved and the overall staff experience could be improved. Will I come again…. Perhaps… definitely over the other chain big boys, but not over a local...

Hello , I went inside of the Pooler Parkway Cookout on November 30th around 1:50 pm . I ordered a grilled chicken club add honey mustard no mayo and a chicken tender tray with fries and hush puppies. The cashier was pleasant and I proceeded to wait for my food . After about 10 mins had past the cashier looked over to me and said you haven’t gotten your food ?! I told her no, she yelled at the kitchen to hurry with my order . Maybe about 4 mins later the chicken tenders came but not my sandwich . About 10 more mins passed by with customers who had come in after me got large orders of food , but still no chicken sandwich. As my son’s chicken tenders hush puppies and fries got cold , I asked the cashier for a refund. She went to the back and told the manger and you could hear the manager talking trash “ she can wait “ . The cashier began to argue with her in my defense to say I had been waiting patiently. When the manager did come to the register, she never made eye contact with me and asked the cashier for my ticket number . The cashier told her she had taken my receipt from me and gave it to the kitchen to make my sandwich. The manager then sucked her teeth and walked away from the register saying she can’t do nothing without the order number . Another cashier who was working the drive thru came over and assited and was able to pull up my order after she had the manager type something into the register . The drive thru gave me my money back for the sandwich , I really should have demanded the 7.69 back for the tray too because it was not warm when I finally got back to my car . I just want to say the manager needs some professional development on customer service. She was rude and impatient when it was not needed . However , shout out to the cashiers who tried to...
