Godfather's Pizza — Restaurant in Poplar Bluff

Have not been to a godfather’s since in lived in poplar bluff over 10 years ago. I was hopeful that it had improved in that amount of time. Got there a few minutes after 4 pm on a Tuesday with my wife and kids. Limited selection but that was to be expecting and they offered to put whatever we wanted out, that was nice. But that’s where any good ends. The pizzas that were out were barely warm and very hard. The calzones (which they just put out) were absolutely bland and hard. The quality of pizza did not improve with the fresh ones either. It was just plain nasty. Our kids barely ate and my wife stopped because the crust was so hard it hurt her teeth. Even their small game area was sub par with the incorrect cost per game being posted and 1 of the 3 games not even working. The cashier acted like it was no big deal when we reported it. It’s bad enough that this place has the delusion that they serve good food, but they obviously feel they are better than ci ci’s because they charge almost double. And believe me ci ci’s is bottom of the barrel pizza but wow even they are better than the poplar bluff godfathers. Customers be warned…. This...

The behind the counter woman. Got our order completely wrong... As she brought out our order she hands me a small four pieces Pizza. I asked what is this. She looked and said oh..I put down for a four piece not a six piece of what I ordered. After she kinda just laughed said o sorry she walks away as I look at our complete order she gave my wife wrong size. Pizza then gave us a large bread stick order in which we did not order it was supposed to come with our special.i paid $30 for a wrong order. I could not bring it back cause my wife unknowingly had already eaten some. This should have been taken care of regardless. The lady made the mistakes. And I payed for it..terrible service terrible woman...

TOO MANY OTHER CHOICES, GO ELSEWHERE!!! Lakeisha couldn't even take the order correctly. Thank gosh for the young man , with beard. at the counter, who was pleasant and remedied the order promptly, 3 stars ONLY BECAUSE OF THE CLEAN AND POLITE YOUNG MAN ! People are sick and touching things in here. Mia , an employee. was coughing and looked very feverish. First time in and just the service leaves us with no desire to EVER return. Front doors were filthy, bathrooms disgusting-- and they hadn't been open an hour yet. Very unfriendly small town stuck attitude for girl with long brown hair working and standing around at counter. Placed order at 11:46 received food at 12:25, while my other 2 pizzas...
