Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Port Angeles

This was the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant and my first time at any Jimmy Johns. We had just spent an exhausting morning at the hospital and walked in to get some lunch. The manager didn’t even look up when she told us that there were orders in front of us and it was going to be a long wait. Mind you, we were the only ones inside and there were two cars in the drive through. We didn’t mind waiting, but I really had to use the facilities and I saw that the restroom was blocked off. It was not an option to wait for an extended time and no nearby place was available. I asked why it was closed and was told that they were understaffed. Huh? There were 3 employees there and two patrons (us). So, while we waited and waited, I chose to use the restroom. When I came out I was told that I was no longer welcome in the restaurant. As if! So, bottom line, they would rather not have customers than clean a restroom (I didn’t actually make a mess!). This was such an awful experience and when I called the customer service to speak to someone and was told the owner would respond within 24 hours. That never happened. I hope others will find somewhere else to go other than this place that treats...

I have never been to a Jimmy John's before but my family and I were in Port Angeles,Wa visiting friends and I got sick on the 4th of July. I didn't want to go anywhere. So I looked up places that delivers and Jimmy John's came up. Now I couldn't get the menu to pop up online so we called and the girl Richelle was kind and patient and even helped us to get the menu online another way. As soon as it popped up we said we would call right back. Now I was going to order online but you had to have a credit card or gift card and I was paying in cash. So I called back and Richelle answered the phone again. She helped me place my order and was very helpful, kind and got me taken care of. Let me just say,for this being our very first time they had exceptional service,was fast and got my order exactly right. This was the best seevice I have ever had or seen. So if you are ever in the Port Angeles, Wa area stop in or have them deliver to you i assure you it will be the best service you ever had. Without a doubt the worst Jimmy John’s I have been to in my 18+ years of eating experience. I spent nearly $100 on food here and the initially proclaimed that they did not take card. “No worries we said”, they preceded to refuse to accept my $100 bill only bc “we already have 4”. Furthermore there was a dangerous light that bashed my poor colleague in the face as he walked through the establishment. One fellow working behind the desk even needed to use the calculator app on his phone to determine how much change he needed after rejected my bill. Horrible service, I believe all the workers here to be under the influence of the 🍃 hippie grass.
