My significant other & I was wanting breakfast for a late night snack after I got off work(Server & Customer Service) We pull into the parking lot(Only 2 Cars)It's kind of dark so,we thinking they're closed which they weren't. We go into the restaurant Wait at the hostess stand for 6-7 minutes(There is an employee in site walking around,6ft distance to greet us,which was not done at all. When we were greeted,it was rudely.I.was ready to leave at this point but,my significant other wanted to stay,as we did. Our server was Cheryl-Sherri(Something like that) She was the manager on duty(What a disgrace on the company) We sat For 5-7 minutes before she returned to the table to ask what we wanted for drinks(It's Only A table top of 4-5 customers) We get our drinks & wait again another 8-10 Minutes To Order. As I started to order,she give me this face as if "I was asking for too much" I only wanted the Crispy chicken,Mash,Mac & Broccoli & My Chicken topped with brown gravy,Sautee mushrooms & onion..She then asked me in a sarcastic way"Are you sure that's all?" As she giggled. The visit became very uncomfortable, we waited on our food & got to go carry outs. She comes out with small carry out,only to turn around & say"Ypu might need a bigger one" Now she really had jokes & The jokes turned around to be on her, as she standing looking like a crushed coke bottle,built like a upside down pear. She did say she was joking,I definitely didn't take that as a joke & If I wasn't as beautiful & thick as I am I would have really been upset but instead I laughed & spoke to her in the most mannerable way. That is the most Disrespectful thing you can do in this lifetime with so many low self esteem, mental & depression issues people are fighting..She was definitely Disrespectful & that was unacceptable..I do give Star because the food was excellent besides the grease being at least 2 days late changing BUT THE SERVICE TRASH,WAITRESS TRASH...Her & Her Customer Service Is DEFINITELY DUMPSTER JUICE..Find A New Employment Because CUSTOMER SERVICE...

I ordered the sampler with hash browns kind of well done and coffee and water when my food arrive the first thing I tasted was the bacon which was was extra crispy just the way I like it but it was so salty I had a hard time swallowing it is a matter of fact had I have had an extra napkin I would have spit it out just the way I like it but it was so salty I had a hard time swallowing it is a matter of fact had I have had an extra napkin I would have spit it out and was actually debating mentally spitting this first bite out every chew I was looking at other tables with napkins on them thinking I would have to get up and get an extra napkin just to get rid of this bad first bite. Do they salt their bacon? Then I was asked if I needed anything I always like salsa on my hash browns which came out dark brown and super hard by the way, I was offered ketchup or Tabasco I said I would prefer some picante they said that that would be $1.09 extra and I told them forget about it. Then I tried my pancakes and was not pleased with these either and I'm going to have a hard time describing what was wrong but here goes they were kind of grainy but not in a good way I like grainy Foods I like whole seed and ground seeds in my bread pancakes whatever Etc. This was like super fine sand grainy. Some of the ham was okay some was super tough. The coffee was okay. When I went to check out someone had placed an order and walked in to get the order and I called for help to the back twice and the guy made the statement they're super busy. Being that the store was empty except for us so I had to walk actually into the back service area and call for help. Read moreI go here a few times a week. Their rewards program has helped me out during hard times. Sometimes the orders are missing small things like the butter or more than one syrup (I usually order short or full stack 3 to 5 pancakes). I feel like 2 syrup for short stack and 4 for full stack to be not dry and absorb the syrup and not be overly mushy. About the same for butter (every other pancake). I rated 4 out of 5 on service because sometimes I have a long wait for to go orders. Today I had no wait there. Which was amazing. That cashier is always on point. Occasionally they do offer a coffee for the wait. Which is appreciated. Atmosphere 4 out of 5 because I feel like they should use the garden beds for scenery like pretty flowers or statues. And maybe decor that would give someone reason to start a conversation about it. Give them something to look at while eating. I normally don't eat in, I sit under the tree in the back parking lot. They never mess the food order up which is better than 90% of food places which is awesome. The food is always good, they've only not cooked my pancakes right once out of like 20+ times. My pancakes were flat because the pancake iron was hot . They taught me something new. I didn't know that is why they weren't fluffy. There were workers there who were bullying me as a homeless customer if I say my bag down outside although they seen me coming in to eat a few times a week . I feel safer ordering food from there now because I don't think they work there anymore. The rest of the employees have treated me with the same respect as any other customer which is appreciated and honesty it's just basic humanity or common courtesy.
