Daddio's — Restaurant in Port Arthur

This Daddio's has better parking and is much bigger inside than the one on Calder so that is prolly the only difference between the two that I'm aware of when speaking of the building itself.

The food is just as good as the one on Calder. Except maybe the plain jane french fries. I'm not sure if I just got an off batch or it was a bad day or maybe the fry oil a little was dirty? Don't get me wrong they were good just not as good. The burger was delicious and the service was excellent. Every time I go I'm always greeted with a smile and "Welcome in". They always, 100% of the time get my order correct at this location. Well, really both locations.

I've eaten the Classic Bacon Cheddar, Fried Egg, Goat Cheese, Bacon Blue, and Maui Burgers. Their Parmesan Truffle Fries and Parmesan Truffle Brussel Sprouts are friggin amazing!

Bottom line if you want a good burger and fantastic parmesan truffle fries/brussel sprouts then this is the only place you need to know about. Either this location or the one on Calder in...

Oh, where to begin. The atmosphere that the staff and decor give off are extremely welcoming. I was given a warm welcome when I walked through the door. There was a little trouble at the register with it being down, but the team worked very quickly to get it sorted out. When I was given my bottled drink, the person behind the counter offered to open it, which in my opinion is above and beyond, because I’ve never been anywhere where they offered to open my drink for me instead of just handing it to me. Attention to detail is amazing at this location. While I waited, the staff was extremely friendly with other customers as well. The kitchen line worked very quickly and produced quality food. I love Daddio's burger. I quite regularly order from the Beaumont location via my doordash account. However, on weekends I am usually in Port Arthur due to my work. I would love to be able to order from the Mid County location while at work but my only gripe is that for some reason the burger joint in Port Arthur does not accept dashpass as opposed to the burger joint in Beaumont. (A dashpass subscription in doordash allows customers to enjoy 0 $ delivery fee on orders over 12$). Greek gyros 2 in Nederland does accept dashpass orders so I usually end up ordering from Greek Gyros 2 on the weekends but I have to admit I prefer the taste of daddio's burgers over the gyros.
