😮💨 Server [[[[Abigail]]]] probably wasn't feeling like she didn't wanna be there at all that day. Took ””like a”” scoop of beans and rice in to my Chicken Bowl and I asked for enough to at least reach the middle part of the bowl when its flattened(I wouldn't and didn't tell her to flatten it out) out but she was rushing through and didn't like how I asked if she could at least put enough to reach the middle of the bowl flat, and she charged me extra💲3.20 for telling her to put at least enough instead of trying rushing a person out. She acts as if she's getting commotion and promotion to manager ☝️🤓📏for such ((one)) cheap sly skimpy scoundrel move she made being a skimp managment police🚨 .
Instead of making my bowl 🥣 with my sides on the side and not on the bowl like the {{{sour cream🥛-(that wont do well stored for later and will go☣️ bad 🤢when I don't have access to a fridge🧊 till I come off from work or far from home or busy) and avocado🥑-(that turns brown 🟤quick and I surely dont want it sitting on my food yet I know its separate cost, im explaining why a person wouldn't want there stuff that is not on the side if they had a choice without extra bs😤) all 3 (WET💦) sauces🫕 and a ton of water💦 juice in the corn🌽 scoop-(if kept in for a while in the food then it'll ruin 🥲🤮the food sitting in the stuff and I can't have it all |||soggy 🗑️and wet 💦& can't reheat ♨️ the uncooked vegetables🥬🍅 to taste right and can't control how⚖️ much you want on it and risking putting too much sauce 🌶️🥵or water💦 in the food from how wet the corn🌽 and green🟢 sauce is|||| and that [Abigail👁️👄👁️💅] one doing extra that I didn't want with my service charged me 💲3.20 😑 MORE cuz I asked for my stuff to be on the Side and Not In the Bowl.
I scanned my🧾 free entree point rewards and showed it to her and scanned it she even saw it on the computer and then said “you can tap it now” and charged me the whole false order even the stuff I told her to leave OFF💀 then I had to get a refund🙄 just to be there messing my order/day/time/& service up.
Told her I can't afford half of the food I ordered and she took them off and the vinaigrettes and I had to tell her 2 Vinaigrettes come with the order 🤦, had to teller to give them back.
Hope the person changes jobs...
Read moreI've had Chipotle before but not in years and decided to have it for dinner. The experience was hectic. I went on a Monday night. It was super busy. Wasn't sure if it's like that everyday or just that particular Monday night. They were asking for next in line when people weren't even up to the counter yet. Everyone was talking over each other. The workers at each station were ready to scoop your toppings but you were so far behind the line that you couldn't even see the toppings. Luckily I've been before so I knew what they had and what I wanted. I felt rude to talk over the people in front of me. When I got to the counter I could tell that most everyone's order was done so fast, almost sloppy. I said no queso but they charged me for it anyway. The family in front of me were frustrated because the worker had scooped guac for one of their dishes when they didn't request it. The dad was kindly trying to tell them that if they had slowed down they would've heard that he didn't want guac. They also didn't have any lettuce. And there wasn't ice that day too. People were wiping down their own tables and chairs to dine in as did I. I like to give places the benefit of the doubt, so I will pick another night on a different day to see if it's any different. Read moreSooo, I travel for work. I am out here in Port Arthur every week and on Monday's, I get Chipotle. This is a routine that I have and had have for the last 3 years. Today, I made my usual order, which is a bowl and i get chips. My order is ALWAYS the same thing. To clarify I scoop my bowl with my chips. I don't, can't and WON'T eat my bowl any other way. To me it's like eating cereal without milk! Well, today they forgot my chips and I didn't notice until I got back to the room. Since I can't eat without the chips, I drove back and explainedthe situation. I also asked if they could remake the bowl since it has been about 45 minutes since I ordered. The integrity of the food has definitely changed (soggy cereal now). They told me that they can't remake the bowl and they were sorry! The way I see it is, if they had given me what I paid for in the first place I wouldn't have had to drive back. I got no compensation whatsoever. Not that I wanted any, I just wanted to eat my food the way I like it, who doesn't! I did, however, get the chips. Which I should have gotten in the first place and would have avoided this whole situation. I guess this is how business is done these days. I will accurately rate the location tho, I can't 1 star based on today....
