Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Port Hueneme

The last couple of visits were a bit painful in the waiting department. 20 minutes the first time, 35 minutes the second time, both those times, business was relatively light inside the store, with me having felt forced to ask about my order after seeing other guests that head arrived after me, leaving before me. Finally, five minutes after inquiring, my order was delivered "cold" I don't know about you, but I really hate the taste of cold zucchini, and shrugging shoulders as the climax of my dining experience. I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt, perhaps they were training personnel or something along those lines, in any event my wife and I were left with a soured experienc over the event. The wife now reminds me that out of the last 100 meals that I've cooked for us, only one meal was flagged and that was for going a bit heavy on the salt, and still managed to correct the problem and making it edible. Oh well... The experience was hit and miss at best, with misses seemingly becoming the new Norm for service. We were left disappointed with our decision to dine there and instead be met with the absence of the consistent and efficient service we had grown accustomed to and counted on based on all of our previous experiences...

I was ripped off at this Carls Jr store. I had ordered a large meal for my family of 8 through the drive thru and I was asked to park as they prepared our food. We agreed to park and wait, an older oriental women brought our food out and guarnteed all are food was in the bags. We took her word for it and went home. When we got home, we had 3 large criss cross fries, a large chicken fillet sandwich, and 3 chicken strips missing . We called the store and talked to the manager on sight. She took our information and agreed to replace $16- 17 worth of food she said just bring in your receipt. 3-4 weeks later, manager Yulivia Lemos ripped our receipt and said,"No we dont have any of your information and we're not replacing your food or money," after a little bit of an argument regarding our food being replaced, she called the police and said she was going to have us arrested. Me, my wife, and 6 kids in the car, WOW!!!! After waiting for 15 minutes in the drive thru for the police, we left and called our loss, a donation. Beware and check your bags or you'll be ripped off at...

I personally been seeing some reviews & have had carls at this location plenty of times I came across this one particular of “Alondra” I personally & think most reasonable people would agree that defamation from a individual instead of the actual restaurant is crazy because in fact begging for attention saying “hate crime” & “harassment “ would be enough to get herself sued for what seems to be a tantrum specially spreading misinformation about a “ spat” on food is a little suspect for me & whoever reads the reviews , the things ive seen these fast food workers go through while I was dining in I thought to myself damn these people have the patience in the world I do recommend the Jalapeño poppers as well as there shakes & star nuggets seeing negative comments that scream out ATTENTION!!! is whats wrong w people acting out just because “ they forgot fries & chicken tenders “ allegedly , I In fact will keep dining in & getting take out specially since its right next to beaches & other restaurants who doesn't love a good burger as well not to mention there honey...
