Wendy's — Restaurant in Port Hueneme

Walked inside last night because line was long as usual and inside usually fast ..3 people in front of me didn't even move for at least 15 min , like 25 barely done ordering no one even came to the register barely sitting there bagging tons of food while there is a line literally out the door 🤷🤬 that's rediculous , then would help maybe 1 person then walks away start bagging and not come back 🤷 iv been in few times since this no one inside and 15+ minutes to get my food and ordered frosty chino twice 2nd time it's like iced coffee or something deff not what it was before 😖 food is good service just slow...again 4/23 ordered on app wrong nuggets and frosty chino offer didnt work i asked wouldn't really do it gr asked then would and then came back with a cold brew 🤷 thats twice now they dont know the difference 😒 and lid wasnt on completely it spilled on me and counter she said "dont worry ill clean it " and walks away u had to ask for napkins because wasnt any out or sanitizer thats been empty idk how long right next to the we clean etc sighn 🤷 we had literally 2 napkins in the bags too ...she literally asked do you want chocolate or vanilla so i figured she would know what it was 🤷😒 so no ranch/lids/napkins/sanitizer and still wrong food/drink another guy was in and getting mad they took so long only 3 other people inside and the take forever sometimes always helping drive through...so was 2 stars no 1 ill try a diff one next time

Sept 18 2023 only 1 car in front still took forever didn't have coke or frosty didn't give any napkins or ask about sauce fries were cold kept asking what drinks we got said it 3 times should have gone to...

Drove by and son told me he never had a frosty. So I circle back and we stop in for lunch. As we walk into the dining room they have a note on door saying "out of Frostys". What?? So I told the cashier and he laughed and said no I can get him a frosty....awesome 👌. But what about the note on door??. Anyway...so we order and get our drinks....NO SYRUP IN SODA MACHINE....NO NOTE. so we enjoy our dirty soda water and wait for our lunch. As we're waiting we notice a car driving through drive thru repeatedly, so we started counting. 26 times this car drove through..we were laughing because we thought he was messing with them. But come to find out it was an employee on his brake....after he finished he parked and went back to work. Weird. So we ate our PLAIN Suppose to be loaded fries and dirty soda water. After we finished i went to counter and told manager (Isabel or Elizabeth or something like that) that soda machine had no syrup. She laughed and said "ya its been out for a while". So I said " So you charged me for sodas but neglected to tell me??" ....her reply....wait for it!!!!........"yes, you ordered a Soda right?" Litterally with a...

I know this is only to say how the food and service is but I don't care. DON’T work here. Literally Mcdonald’s was a better place to work at and that is shocking. Even if you are desperate for a job and money, don't do it. Your co-workers will definitely make you feel like an outsider and look at you crazy if you demand simple respect. The whole store is unorganized and any new people working there get treated like a nobody. No communication on when you are to come in and when you are to clock out, NOTHING. You watch videos then they just throw you in, barely any hands-on training and when you do need a little help or have a question it feels like you are bugging or being a nuisance. You should be able to feel comfortable enough to ask a question and to get physical training as well and not feel stupid for wanting those things. The pay is not worth what you are dealing with and how the people are. Legit only 2 nice people that I got to know. If you are an honest person that has some class and simply wants respect, this job is not for you. Be prepared to get stared at for what feels like forever and hardcore judged over...
