Very disappointing experience. I walked in and a manager was conducting an interview on the right hand side of the dining room. No big deal EXCEPT what was happening, or rather, NOT happening right there. I walked in and there was no line. A female employee was mopping the floor and hardly acknowledged me even after I greeted her. She just kept mopping so I continued to the counter. I waited, and waited, and waited. There were several other employees behind the counter that I made eye contact with but not a single one of them acknowledged me. The female that was mopping finished up, walked right by me and had a little chat with one of the other employees. I waited over 8 minutes while I attempted to get help before the female that has been mopping came to the register to take my order. With all the other employees walking around and the manager doing an interview right there, I was absolutely SHOCKED that the employee that was supposed to be helping walk in customers basically ignored me until she had finished mopping and talking to other employees. And the attitude she exuded? She clearly did not want to be there.
I won't go back. The quality of the products has slipped dramatically making this decision easy. And I won't recommend this place or their products to anyone unless they like eating rocks that so taste the same served by miserable people. And to the manager doing the interview in the dining area? You really should train your employees better. I really hope that young lady you were interviewing turns down the job. You were literally 5 get away from a PAYING CUSTOMER but didn't seem to notice that she wasn't getting...
Read moreI come through or order Online at least three times a week at the Port Orange location and normally have a great experience but this morning my order was made incorrect and I was Treated rather rudely my summer. when I told her that my drink was made incorrectly, she wrote her eyes open. My drink up, poured some out and added the espresso shot with both espresso and frozen coffee, dripping down the sides of the cup, put the lid on it, and then tried to hand it to me. I asked her if she could please wipe it off and she has Astley wiped one side as it was still dripping from the bottom and trying to give it to me so I asked her again to please wipe it off because it’s dripping from the bottom and I do not want to get it on me or my car , as I am on my way into work. Read moreThis is the dunkin closest to my job and I go there pretty often since there’s no other ones on my way to my work, but my drink is always made wrong all I ordered was a large iced Carmel coffee with less milk I don’t mind getting let in my cup that’s not what I was trying to do It’s just how I want my coffee and they gave me TWICE in a row pretty much and entire cup of milk with barely any coffee it was such a light brown color….all the employees act like they hate there job there incredibly rude and non patient another occasion weeks ago I had a girl pretty much throw my drink out the window she wasn't looking she was turned around and my drink spilt all over me and my car she had turned around by this point no I’m sorry or drink re made or even just a couple napkins just stared at me and I drove away.
