Two employees one is really confused pink hair and the girl just with a typical pissed poor attitude seeking male attention too while at work. Walked over after sub was finished and the table was covered in crumbs from lunch rush and it was DEAD when we got there. If it was busy we would have used your virtual kiosk but it appeared they both needed something to do! We brought a few people in behind us and they were very uncomfortable with atmosphere as well. We were asked by the dude if we wanted a meal with cookies or chips and we asked if there was cookies and he proceeds to tell us well yeah they are in the back. Never been to subway that didnât have fresh displayed cookies. My boyfriend had to use the bathroom and the males restroom was locked we found out before he was going to ask for the key the female worker was in there she walked out and boyfriend said there was spray cleaner all over the toilet she didnât even wipe. My bf also asked for a water cup and the dude with pink hair said whatever and brushed his hand and rolled his eyes I watched him the whole Time however he never looked up, so I missed my opportunity to tell HIM how fortunate he is to have a job and a place to lay his head at night time.    Read moreUsually I have no problem with this Subway, except on June 1st. I placed an order on the app and went to pick up my food. When I walked into the store I was never acknowledge by the 2 young employees working. They never once looked up. One was preparing a sub and the other was at the register. I walked up to the register and waited, and waited and waited some more. The girl at the register looks at me then walks off to make a sub for another customer, not once acknowledging me still! I waited exactly where your sign states âexpress pickupâ and still was never acknowledged. Maybe you should move the sign so itâs not near the register so your employees know people are picking up. Anyhow, after a few minutes of still no acknowledgement, one of your employees finally had the nerve to ask âDid you want something?â And not nicely, it had ATTITUDE. Do I want something? No! Iâve just been waiting here for the hell of it. I told her kindly that I did an order on the app. She grabbed the bag and threw it on the counter and walked off to make a sub. She didnât ask for the name or anything. Just threw it and walked off and never once said thank you, come again or have a nice day. You (Management/corporate) need to retrain your employees in customer service.    Read moreOrdered through the app, and sub was made wrong. Brought it to their attention, and they offered to re-make it, which is great, except I had to be at an appointment in NSB in 15 minutes. I came back later the same afternoon, and the "Manager", Kelly refused to remake my wrongly made sub because I had taken the other one. It was not possible for me to wait. I explained that I did not have time for them to remake it or I would be late for my appointment. Kelly refused to replace my incorrectly made sub, even though I had my receipt. Stated that it was "Subway Policy", which is BS. Make it right, period. I am only asking for what I purchased. As far as I am concerned, I will never go to this Subway location ever again.
