Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Port Orange

I placed an order online and paid for delivery. 20 minutes later I checked the tracker to see if the pizza had left the store yet and it said the delivery estimate was 90 minutes. I called the store at that point to ask if I could just come pick it up and they said yes and that the pizzas were ready. When I got to the store, I asked if the delivery fee and tip had been removed from my order since I had to come pick it up myself. The cashier then asked me if I wanted to leave a tip for the delivery person that would have taken my order out. Why would I tip someone for work that I had to do myself? I was handed the pizzas and was walking to my car when the same cashier came out the front door yelling at me that I hadn’t paid yet. I told her once again that I paid online. She said that they cancelled that order and rang in a new one. I asked 2 employees for proof of the cancellation/refund and no one could provide it. My kids were having a sleepover so I had 5 kids at my house waiting for pizza as all this was going on. I paid for the pizza again so I could get back home but the food entire process was handled poorly and I still never got a receipt or cancellation email from my...

Didn't even bother to contact me about my refund, they don't care, never again.

Ordered the Detroit style about 6 weeks ago and bread sticks, they tell me 20 minutes for pick up, I arrive in 20 minutes only to stand in the lobby for 20 more minutes and then 40 minutes after I have ordered, the manager comes out and tells me they are out of Detroit style and pan pizza so he made me a thin & crispy. After waiting another 10 minutes (now almost an hour) I get my food.

I get home and my pizza is practically raw, the pepperoni aren't even cooked and it was disgusting, somebody had accidentally put Cinnamon on my bread sticks and then tried to cover it up with garlic butter and cheese and failed miserably (cinnamon and garlic together will literally make you gag...BTW)

I paid $12.99 for the Med Detroit style and they gave me a medium thin which are $8.99 and I had to throw the bread sticks away. I filled out the survey and never heard a word.

So if you want to get ripped off and go hungry then this is the place for you.

Thank you for destroying all of those wonderful childhood memories of going to Pizza Hut on the weekend and getting that piping hot gourmet style pizza after...

So I ordered large double pep, double cheese original pan pizza..cut in squares. Was not cut in squares. Order the brownie dessert. Well let me tell you...my daughter and I had the WORST and I MEAN THE WORST CASE OF DIARRHEA AND VOMITING I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!! I MEAN A FULL BODY SWEAT ABOUT TO PASS OUT, PUKING IN THE GARBAGE CAN KIND OF TIME I'D RATHER GO THROUGH A KIDNEY STONE OR CHILD BIRTH THAN GO THROUGH THAT AGAIN.
