Clean Eatz — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

I am a huge consumer of freshly packaged meals to go. Due to a crazy work schedule that is my go to. I stopped in Clean Eatz the other day for the first time, and was very impressed by the cleanliness and the layout.

More impressively was the huge amount of frozen meals in their freezer area to take home. However, this is where my one creative criticism comes in.

Most people buy with their eyes. When I walk in a supermarket and you walk down the frozen food section, you see pictures of all the items that are in the boxes so you know what they look like when they are prepared .

However, at Clean Eatz all the items are frozen and there is usually a thin layer of frost inside the cover, preventing you to see what the food looks like. And on top of that the frozen food is in its frozen state, so even if you could see through the cover, it does not show you How attractive the entrée might be when heated and being served.

My suggestion to the owner would be to manufacture photos of each of the entrées and put a photo of the entree on a label on the top of each lid so people can see what the food will look like when it is prepared. And also perhaps list a photo of all the entrées on the Website .

Being in marketing, I can attest that that will truly increase sales and revenue.

While I was there, I also ordered the bison, Clean Eatz bison burger, and a side of macaroni and cheese. When I got home, I found the role to be very stale and threw it out and the macaroni and cheese was not stirred together. It was a cup of noodles with a cheese mixture just spooned on the top layer of the noodles. Also, the cheese mix had some hits of green and red pepper pieces, causing it to be a bit spicy, which I was not aware of, and did not like.

I have heard wonderful things about this place and finally decided to give it a try. The spot is very clean and full of different options to cater to all lifestyles. This is definitely the place we needed! When I tell you the variety is amazing, there are definitely hundreds of meals with different ingredients in those freezers.

Although I have read others bragging about their friendly staff, I would say the opposite. I have visited this spot a total of two times and experienced two different not so friendly staff members. I understand people have bad days but it honestly seemed like I was not welcome. I hardly received any information, as it seemed as if these staff members had no idea what they were talking about. They just wanted me in and out. It could be a possibility that these employees were new because it didn’t seem like they were in any sort of uniform. Maybe they need some more training!!

Can't get a basic order right. I've now ordered 5 times. You've made my sandwich incorrectly 3 out of the 5 times. Batting lower than a 50% average and I can't even get a refund or the correct order because it's through doordash. I love wasting 14$ thanks. And because you've opted out of 'special instructions' I can't even repeat myself or write it down twice anywhere so you don't mess up the order. Really sucks. I like the sandwich when it's right.
