Update: I sent email to corporate who responded after two emails were sent. They stated that cook quit soon after incident. The general manager stated that they were going to write him up, but confirmed my story of that situation. He offered no solution to me , and stated he had to check with his boss. This past Sunday I told him I went to get carryout order and I was trying to use the certificates that Rob Green gave me. He also stated Ron was promoted which I was glad to hear. The Manager Kate who was rude, and acted like I was bothering her states she could not honor it. I even showed her the email that Rob sent. She still dismissed it and thought I was trying to get over . I paid for my food and left. I'm never giving one more cent to Denny, I tried to give another chance and felt slapped in face twice. Being from Maryland and knowing history of Denny's and black law suit in 1990 , I looked past that. I can't support Denny anymore, and it's sad cause I like servers like David that been there 30 years. Then on top of that I get home to open box and extra small portion of red potatoes are there. I'm done.
5 months ago my family had bad experience at this location, one evening we went in evening. Shall I say it was worst experience of racism I ever experience since being in Florida. Only one other family in establishment, and we waited for our food for over hour. While waiting we heard cook complaining about how there are to many changes ... Just give them this. I got up immediately and told my daughters and wife to leave. I said we have waited over an hour and we are only ones in here. I told the cook I don't appreciate cursing and making rude comment in front of my kids. Then he proceeds to tell me I don't need this job anyway and cussing at waitress. I asked for manager on duty who could not control the cook. I said this is unprofessional and ask manager for regional manager. I contacted Rob Green regional manager for Denny, who got back to me the same day. Rob assured me things would be taking care of, and compensated me for future visits. Needless to say I had not gone back until 5 months later to that location. Most say that the changes were evident , and same waitress and manager were there. The cook was gone, and new cook was great. Can't let one bad apple spoil bunch, and I believe in fighting back with not giving your money to any establishment not willing to change. I want to give credit to Rob Green Regional Manager for going extra mile to make sure good people...

You took the table that arrived after us order and such and she start arguing with him saying she never placed their food order ( NOT THE POINT ) we were not once greeted !! We have a hungry toddler we atleast wanted to put her food in. We come to this Denys once a week because it’s my daughter’s favorite place to hang with her grandpa and share her Mac n cheese with him.
I told her we do this for a living as well and we would never speak to costumers this way. She says “ well i didn’t mean to yell at you blah blah “ i said we’re good we’ll be leaving I’m not going to allow you to take my order you don’t deserve our money. She’s is so disrespectful and I’m appalled. As we’re getting up the booth looks at us and says i can’t believe she spoke to you like that i said me either then the table to the right of us says “ she spoke to us the same way and we also waited 30 minutes to be talked to and she was nasty “ On our way out the door another lady approaches us and says she heard her and can’t believe how rude she is to everyone. Not a manager in sight. I called while in the building to speak to a manager no one answered the phone while waiting ten minutes . Then called 3 more times. Still no...

Is it worth $40,000+ per review?????? What is hilarious is the people involved have their names in the review, also what's up with the store number too????
We have been eating at Denny's for decades. We love them better than IHOP and Cracker B. We have one at home and travel a lot. We don't always have one local in our travels and like it when we do. We have been getting take out on our way home, about twice a week. The meal is never right. Uncooked eggs, or hard fried eggs with melted cheese passed off as scrambled The fries are always horrible and they are our favorite of everyone else. Sausage that looks petrified. I just can not justify paying $15 bucks per breakfast anymore for this and for that we are done here. Maybe for take out they just don't care because you aren't sitting at a table to complain in person but, just no. ** Well let's see what FTC, Denny's corporate and Google say. Most of your five star reviews are 1 time only, not only name servers but store numbers.......and all done in a very short period as if to bring up a low score.
