Subject: Feedback on Recent Experience
Dear [Customer Service Team/Manager's Brooke
I am writing to express my concerns regarding a recent experience I had on January 15, 2025, at your establishment. 0800-0830 hours
While waiting in the drive-through line on the south side of the building, I encountered an issue when another vehicle attempted to skip ahead of me while I was with my three-year-old daughter. I rolled down my window to address the situation, explaining to the other driver that we were all waiting in line. Unfortunately, she responded with profane language, claiming she was unaware that I was in line.
At that moment, the manager on duty addressed the situation over the intercom and later approached the scene. Instead of acknowledging the issue, she advised the other driver to remain calm and indicated that it was no longer significant since she was now at the front of the line.
I expressed my concern to the manager, emphasizing that it did matter, as I had been waiting patiently, trying to get breakfast for my daughter. After this interaction, I decided to go inside the establishment to speak with someone in a higher position. However, the manager I encountered stated that she was the manager.
During our conversation, she mentioned that she was attempting to de-escalate the situation. I pointed out that telling a customer who had waited in line that "it doesn’t matter" was not an appropriate response. When I requested to speak with someone else to take my order, her initial response was to refuse service.
I find it disheartening that a customer who waited in line was denied service, while the individual who skipped ahead was accommodated. I frequent your establishment regularly, and her assertion that she was always nice to me was surprising, as I had never spoken with her before.
Another thing I took from this. From having a child we try to teach our children and teachers teach our children not to cut in line at school in this Senerio you’re showing that it is okay to do wrong and reward wrong doing. Brooke decided to refuse service to a 3 year old. I never order any food or drinks for myself in here.
I hope that you take this feedback into consideration to improve customer service in the future. It is a terrible action to reward bad behavior and then deny service for a customer who has been going to this location for years, every day.
Thank you for your attention to...
Read moreI would give this location 0 stars if I could. I have been trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt for the past couple months as it is the only one closest to our neighborhood. EVERYTIME we go, whether it be my husband, myself, us together, or my daughter it has been the WORST SERVICE. Orders not correct, staff has an attitude with you at drive thru, or when you go inside to get drive thru order fixed, they glare at you like you are being an inconvenience. We are never given a receipt even if asked. Food is always subpar. But tonight is the last time I will ever spend my hard earned money at this establishment. Literally picking up sandwiches and lattes for my daughter and her friend and when I ordered the coffee there was an attitude. Then when I ordered the sandwiches there was an attitude remark, to which I said excuse me is there a problem ordering food? And girl responded with it will take awhile. I pulled up and all the staff was staring at me and the girl making the food was throwing the food on the bare counter and slamming hash brown bags around and threw the croissant and bagel on the bare counter. And was talking about I don’t care whatever. If you don’t want to do your job, get out of customer service. The guy who needs to practice better self care and hygiene tried blocking the window so I couldn’t see the girl throwing the food I ordered around. I have never repeatedly experienced such poor customer service anywhere like we have experienced here. They need new management, fire the entire staff and start over, or close this location down. I will be calling corporate, but guess what there is no proof I was even there, or name to report because once again I wasn’t given a receipt. Horrible staff, horrible experience. Worst Dunkin...
Read moreThe absolute worst DD on the Treasure Coast. Do not stay away make the owner fix this store. Write in, call, do whatever it takes to get them to fix their problems. This used to be a GREAT location. What has happened to this location???!!??!!!!?!?!? If you look at ALL of the review sites: Yelp, Trip Advisor, Google........etc. It is touted as one of THE worst Dunkin Donuts ever. We used to come to this location every weekend and use other locations during the week. I was at DD every day. Then this location went straight to the bottom over a period of two years for us; little by little the food and service degraded to the point of now it is only when I have an extreme need for coffee. I can tell you this after this morning we will no longer return. My receipt shows Oceana C. on register 2 Trans Seq. #2056439 but Mr. David is who rang me up. The stone cold face was not even close to saying, "Welcome, may we help you?" He didn't even start off with that. I finally get to the register and he says, "What?" Excuse me?????? What.......DO.........you.............want?!?! I am 47 years old in perfect health and fairly intelligent; I do not need to be spoken to that way. For a donut and a coffee you cannot get a simpler order not much simpler at least. Everyone behind the counter is miserable and uncaring. I am not a fan of the new remodel, was not from the first day the went to that horrible setup. There is they tiny pickup area everyone huddles around so they do not miss their order when it is thrown to the counter. That is no joke my food his normally thrown over as if it was trash. The owners whether it be a corporate store or a franchise needs to...
