Gourmet Asian — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

So I would have given 5 stars because the quality of the food is delicious amd its cooked perfect, but, unfortunately, I have to only give 2 stars for a few reasons. The atmosphere was not very inviting at all, which it's not a huge deal to me as I take my food to go, the problem was them allowing a guy to sit out front smoke weed and ask for money. Food quality was great but the size for dinner combinations were the same size as lunch specials, but cost 3 or 4 dollars more. I did go back in and I asked the lady ,why did I get a lunch portion but paid for a dinner? She told me that pork is very expensive right now and she must give that portion to keep it at that price. Everyone gets the same amount and that there was nothing she can do. It's wrong to me, raise the price of certain items that have gone up in price and give them size for dinner portions.

To Mrs. THAT WORKS THE FRONT COUNTER. SHE SAID THE PORK RIBS WENT UP IN PRICE SO ITS A SMALLER PORTION. I don't care either way I just know now not to waster 11 to 12 dollars on a rib dinner that is half filled because it became to expensive for the restaurant to afford to fill up the container. Maybe charge us a couple dollars more and give a dinner size portion. If I have to I will buy 1 at lunch and 1 at dinner to show you that's it's the same size...

It's a little tiny place that gives the feel of fast food but man is the food fresh and fantastic. This is our go to place for Chinese take out. The portions are average but we don't eat much so two entrees feeds hubby and I two meals each. We've gotten take out from here many times and it's always consistently excellent.

Update: since my initial review, they seem to be slipping on the food quality. The egg and spring rolls are nice and crispy on the outside but the inside is all mushy and nasty. It's inedible. Also, for whatever reason, they keep piling onions onto their entrees and less meat, especially their Mongolian beef and chicken dishes. The whole bottom half of the dish is nothing but onions with meat just scattered across the top. This has now happened the last 3 times we've gotten take out from there. I was so excited to finally find good Chinese food but now I'm terribly disappointed that I'll have to start my search...

it tasted pretty standard for Chinese food which is like the sauce In the meal, mine was honey garlic chicken. But where's the meat? Seriously it was like deep fried breading and the big pieces had tiny bits of chicken inside the breading... With that I had pork fried rice but without the pork🤔.. idk? Maybe it was just fried rice, but I've never had that style of rice without little bits of meat in it.?. Ok now for the side of the lunch special they offer soup,egg roll or a drink...yeah the drink doesn't payed the come with the lunch special unless you decide against a side item. I went ahead and payed extra for the egg roll and it tasted ok if you were starving thankfully I've always been a fan of the bird sauce but surely you won't catch this duck eating there again 👎😕🤳 they didn't even have ice for my water...
