This place should be ashamed to call itself a restaurant.

We attempted to host a birthday party for a beloved friend — a group of 20 people — and called the day before to give them the courtesy of a heads-up so they could be properly staffed and prepared. Apparently, planning ahead was a waste of time, because when we arrived, we were met with a total disaster: one overwhelmed and under-supported server was assigned to our entire group.

It took over 45 minutes just to get a drink order in. To speed things up, my partner and I went to the bar to place our own drink orders, trying to save both time and, ironically, the restaurant’s money by asking to skip the olives in a Bloody Mary. The bartender — instead of saying "thank you" — barked “You’re getting them anyway.” When we pushed back on the attitude, we were told we were no longer allowed to order from the bar at all.

By the time we got back to our table, the lone server finally staggered over to ask if we had ordered drinks — which we clearly hadn’t, since she hadn’t made it to our end of the table until nearly an hour in. When we explained this, she stormed off muttering profanity under her breath. When my partner suggested that maybe a second server be assigned to help with a party of 20, the server lost it completely, had a full-blown meltdown, and flat-out refused to serve us any longer.

We hadn’t even ordered food yet.

Then, in a move that sealed the restaurant’s fate, the bartender — yes, the same one who berated us earlier — came over and said she would now be taking care of us because “no one else wants to.”

That was the final straw. One of our guests, who happens to own a wildly successful local restaurant, stood up and said, “We’re done.” And just like that, twenty people walked out. No one stopped us. No one tried to salvage the experience. Not a single manager showed face — until we were in the parking lot. Then, and only then, a manager came running out, begging us to come back.

Too little. Too late. We took our celebration (and our wallets) to a real establishment — unannounced — and had an incredible experience that this place couldn't even dream of replicating.

Let this be clear:

We will never return. We will never recommend this place. And we will make sure everyone we know hears about the disgraceful way this...

I placed an order and my husband picked it up. The order was lemon pepper wings. In the past when we ordered lemon pepper wings the seasoning was already added to the wings. Today it was not the season was placed in a container on the side. I called to complain about it and was told by the so-called manager Jenny that they no longer put the seasoning on the wings. You have to do it yourself. She said if my husband returned that she would give him a refund however he had worked all day out in the sun and did not want to turn around and go back to the restaurant. She was unhelpful rude and could care less. I asked to speak to her manager and was told that he lives in New York and did not speak English. I ended that conversation with her call back spoke with another manager, who was just on duty 10 minutes in and was told about the mistake in the order and she explained also that they no longer put the seasoning on the wings you have to do it yourself. I have no problem with that had the person who answered the phone told me that it wouldn’t have been an issue. This manager told me that the owner of the restaurant was in North Florida somewhere at another one of his restaurants, and she will let him know when he comes in. That contradicts what the other manager told me which was that the manager lives in New York and did not speak English. So I asked her if an emergency came up. Who would she get in touch with? What would she do? How would she get in touch with the owner of that particular restaurant? She stated that she would handle the situation herself, once again another manager that was not helpful. I will never ever go to this particular restaurant again. They did not care and all they wanted us to do is to drive back up there to inconvenience us twice. The communication between the staff, manager and cooks is in need of much improvement. Altogether the worst experience ever with them.
