Terrible service. I went there yesterday and ordered a cheese empanada. The server forgot to tell me to be careful as it was extremely hot to the point that it burnt my lip so badly I am using a straw to feed myself at this point ( it is so painful). When asked why she did not tell me , the owner came running to me with a very defense and angry attitude. The food quality has changed tremendously. The cheese empanadas are different now (almost no cheese). I used to like this place a lot. Just puzzled as why the owner treated me so badly like it was my fault and did not offered any help at all. I asked the server to bring me ice and finally she did in a piece of napkin. All the ice overflowing the table. Just a disaster from the beginning. The server was slow (There were only us at the restaurant) and did not even know what she was doing. Brought us the wrong order as well. Very disappointed. Just be careful when trying the cheese empanadas they are seriously hot and they won't tell you in advanced. I don't like to post bad reviews I just simply don't go the place again, but this review needed to be posted as for the damage to my lip and the response...
Read more3 timez I was over charged. The owner apologized. I asked for lengua.. My plate was given to another person ..but thats okay mistakes do happens ..so i waited for mines when i started eating I noticed that the lengua was cooked with its skin I could see the crust and pores. Looked so nasty. I felt sick. I complaint to owner she said that is the way lengua is cooked.. Totally a lie.. I consider myself a good cook.. I left the restaurant. . following Saturday I ordered a big mondongo. With rice and a soda .The charge was $23 dollars. There was hardly any mondongo in it.. It was 6pm. As a small business owner of 3 companies I like to suggest that these couple who owns that place come together and do something about customer satisfaction I mean 10p per cent satisfaction.. Do not over charge clients. Stay humble and offer a remedy to any situation that may arrive.. I do not think I will come back to this place.. The kids attending or serving clients are very young .. No experience whatsoevet.. Sorry but this...
Read moreThis place took me straight back to breakfast with my grandma in Medellín; the smells, the flavors, the comfort. The second that plate hit the table, it felt like I was sitting in her kitchen again.
The breakfast here is everything I didn’t know I needed : crispy golden potatoes, perfectly cooked eggs, sausage that actually tastes like sausage, and an arepa covered in melted cheese that could make you forget your problems. The passion fruit juice? Ice cold, tangy, sweet ; basically life support in a glass after an early morning workout.
The atmosphere is warm, colorful, and inviting, like you’re stepping into someone’s home. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger just a little longer, soaking in the vibe before heading back out.
A friend recommended I check this spot out, and I owe him big time. If you’re in Port Saint Lucie or Fort Pierce, make the trip. Your taste buds...
