Used to go here at least once a week. As time went on the quality of service and food went down hill. Whenever my friends and I would order breakfast it would upset our stomachs. Figured maybe it was the oil they were using to fry in so we would go there for cold sandwiches and salads which were always good. Linda is very sweet, and cares a lot about her customers, but when you as the owner sit at a table with your customers while they are eating to tell them that you are sick, and that you had an accident in your pants on the way home from work that it taking it a little too far. Following that visit I went back once more. This time I had to sit at the counter and I had a view back into the kitchen. I ordered a salad and proceeded to watch the man prepping food prepare my salad (and other orders) with his bare hands. Did not have on gloves, and did not stop to wash his hands. When the waitress brought out the salad I told her that I did not want it. She asked if I wanted to speak to Linda about it and I said no that I just simply didn't want it and that I would pay for my drink and leave. She told Linda anyway, and Linda's response to her was "Oh well that's too bad. I guess I'll just wrap it up and take it home." Linda then came over to me to tell me that they don't have to wear gloves in the kitchen because there is a sink back there for them to was their hands. (the guy didn't wash his hands once in the 20 min that I was sitting there watching him.) Also, as Linda is telling me this she is condensing the muffins by moving them to another pan with her bare hands as she's eating a cucumber off of the salad that I sent back. Will not be going back. They also need to clean this place up. Card board on the walls to cover up a hole, the paneling around the wall is stained and has stuff caked on it, and the tables are wobbly and almost...

We ended up just ordering a bagel to share since we weren't too hungry. Planned on coming back for breakfast at some point because we saw the food go to other tables and it looked amazing. We were unaware that butter came on the bagel and I can't have that due to no gallbladder. We asked for a new one and the server said "well that's how we do it here and you will need to pay for another bagel". I was appalled to say the least. I said ma'am I can't eat that and we told you we had never been here before. I said I wouldn't be paying for another one because it doesn't say on the menu it was buttered and you never told us. She stormed off to get us another one. When she returned I told her I had never been talked to like that by a server. She replied "well if you would've listened to me I was going to say I would pay for your extra bagel", like some how it was my fault for getting another one. I told her I was a server too and would never treat a guest like that and wanted her name. She said "it doesn't matter what my name is". I then asked another server for someone in charge and a lady came out. At that point I was crying. I explained the situation. Apparently the servers name is TRACY! And miss TRACY told them a different story that I ordered the bagel that way, which I would never do due to my health issues. So miss TRACY lied to them. The owner apologized and said we didn't need to pay for a thing and she would be speaking to miss TRACY about her attitude. Well miss TRACY, I seriously hope she lets you go because you are a cancer to such an awesome cafe. Make sure your servers name is not TRACY. Food looked...

The biscuits and gravy were scrumptious, the hash browns were crispy on the outside, and everything else was cooked perfectly. I ordered the 2 fluffy pancakes combo with 2 eggs, 2 sausage patties, and grits. The fluffy pancakes were just that with plenty of syrup. The grits were cooked nice and soft and thick. The eggs and sausage patty were good. The service was friendly and fast. The menu is varied enough to satisfy everyone. Now we've been there for breakfast and lunch and highly recommend both. 6/9/25 Excellent food!!! We ordered a French Dip sandwich with fries and a cheeseburger with onion rings. Both meals were excellent! The French Dip had a delicious flavor, generous cheese and didn't even need to be dipped, but that just made it POP! The French fries were crisp and hot. The cheeseburger was cooked perfectly, again with a generous portion of cheese. The onion rings were good, but maybe just a tad too much batter. However, they were delicious nonetheless. The service was friendly. Even the bus boy and manager were friendly and acknowledged our presence. The manager even told us goodbye as we left. The restaurant itself was clean with clean and stocked bathrooms. We highly recommend it and...
