I usually go here every morning on my way to work. On Tuesday I ordered and paid for a breakfast sandwich, but after I drove away, realized that what was in the bag was a plain bagel. Not a huge deal. The following morning I ordered the same thing and the same girl was working. I politely asked her to credit the sandwich because due to their mistake yesterday, I paid for something I did not receive. Without saying anything or apologizing for the mix-up, she asked someone named PATTI to come over, who instantly barked at me "next time come back when it happens or bring a receipt because I don't know you were here yesterday"; she then walked away while I was still speaking. No apology for getting the order wrong, no 'thank you' for coming back to our business even though we made a mistake-just a demand that the NEXT TIME they get things wrong, I should go further out of my way and spend more of my time to prove it. Just so you know Dunks, people don't actually NEED to go there every morning, and can safely go without your product. In a time like this, those of us with jobs to go to every day should be grateful for them, and take care of their customer and nourish the business that produces them a paycheck. It doesn't take much effort at all to accommodate and respect a customer who comes to you each and every day, and kindly asks for a reasonable measure to accommodate a mistake your store made. As far as PATTI is concerned, she has a lot to learn about running a shop and taking care of the bottom line. Simple math tells us that being rude and losing a customer over a $3 sandwich is not worth losing $200-300 a month in revenue, plus that of my spouse. There are Dunks everywhere, so even if my family chooses to go in the future, we have a plethora of options less than a minute away. As disappointing as this experience was, it's probably for the best. Like so many of us, I've been looking to eat better and not going here anymore will be a big step in the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI must say that today's trip to Dunkin was by far Unacceptable.. I'm a frequent customer with dunkin donuts. And the level of respect and customer service over at the Fountainview location Is indeed at an all time low. Gianna W. assisted me today. I pulled up to the speaker and proceeded with placing my order. Gianna W. greeted me at the speaker than suddenly vanished. I waited for her to return to the speaker (which never happened). I pulled up to the window to placed my order of two beverages and a bagel. Gianna was rude, Snatched my debt card from me than stated "hold for you bagel". After waiting approximately 6 minutes- she than returned to the window and stated "we do not have that bagel you order".. I said " so instead of returning promptly to tell me this, you had me waiting for 6 minutes. Gianna W. stated "YES". With no hesitation.
I was livid with the lack of common sense this young lady carried. After asking for he manager ( Kerry) which was just as ignorant as Gianna W. she asked for my debt card to provide me with a refund.
Instead of apologizing, She defined Gianna W. behavior. Kerry stated that Gianna is new and they're under staffed which was why she acted the way she did.My drink tasted awful and their level of professionalism requires immediate attention. I do not condone this kind of mannerism. Therefore, Dunkin will not receive another...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey are so rude and they never get their orders right. One evening I went in 3 minutes before closing and wanted to see if I could order some food and hot coffee. The second I started saying what sandwich I want, the guy stopped me and said "we only have coffee". I wanted to say "ok, I want to get coffee". He didn't let me finish my sentence and said "we don't have any iced coffee". I wanted to explain that I wanted hot coffee, but again he didn't let me finish my sentence and said "we don't have hot coffee" he just walked away without any explanation. The next morning I drove by drive thru to get coffee with cream&sugar, and chicken bacon ciabatta, I repeated my order several times and they read it back to me. Near the window, they gave me unsweetened coffee, and apparently forgot to count ciabatta into my order, so I had to purchase it and wait all over again. When I received ciabatta, it was cold like it came straight out of the fridge, and it didn't taste good at all. By far the worst Dunkin I've ever been to....
