Dunkin' — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

I usually come to this location and I have never had any type of issues until today. I placed a mobile order and went to the drive thru to picked it up as usual. Today, I waited like 10 mins and no one was at the drive thru window, I honked my horn, I knocked at the window and nothing… my only option left was to slide the window and say: “Hello” after that a girl came to me and she was giving me attitude saying that it was only the two of them… I understand if you are short staff and really busy people/customers can wait a little longer, but I was the only customer at the drive thru and I all I saw was a guy (the one with glasses) talking to a girl wearing a Blaze Pizza shirt. After that, the guy came to the window to give me the order with a smirk on his face. And the DD worker (the girl) was laughing as well as the one with the Blaze Pizza Shirt too. I fell so uncomfortable that I couldn’t drink my coffee nor eat my donut cause who knows what they did/put to it. The worst...

I’ve tried to give this location multiple chances, but today was the last straw. Every morning, the drive-thru is a minimum of a 15-minute wait—meanwhile, other Dunkin’ locations get you in and out in 5 minutes tops. Today? 24 minutes in line, only to receive the wrong damn doughnut.

I go inside to get the right one, and what do they hand me? A messy, chocolate-frosted disaster that’s practically glued to the bag. How am I supposed to eat that? Meanwhile, I watched customers waiting forever just for a simple coffee. How does that even make sense?

Was there this morning 11-10-23. 709am asked for the same thing I get everyday xl hot tea cream ex sugar.. Girl handed me my tea cover not on spilled all over me and my truck especially my left hand burned my hand as I'm yelling she hands me napkins and takes the cup which by the way was a green tea plain no Milk no sugar and states... Oh the cover was on right. Three times I had to ask for ice. . Then pulled over to put ice on my hands to again notice tea was not correct...
