La Granja — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

I want to start off my review by saying I have been eating here at least once a week since they opened and every time I have had an excellent meal, but today was a different story. This restaurant is way too new to be cutting corners already. I ordered the chicken lunch special and I asked for white meat. I got my order to go because I was on my lunch break. When I got back to work, and I opened up my container, I noticed quickly my chicken breast was very small. It actually had been cut in half and then it looks like another slice had been taken out of the front of the breast. So I get charged an extra $.50 because I ask for white meat and I get a third of the breast? And then I had more juice in my container than black beans and the rice was definitely over cooked. It had a mushy texture. Very disappointed and what was served to me today. Had I had the time to return and get a new to go plate I would have but unfortunately I had to get back to work. I truly hope the owner takes the time to read the review and realize they should not be cutting corners, especially as a brand new restaurant in a community that is growing rapidly. If you’re going to charge your customer extra for white meat chicken and then serve them the whole breast. No need to skimp on the beans. Seriously there was more juice than beans in my container…

I’m sure I will give them one more try next week as this is close to my job and up until today I’ve had very tasty meals But hopefully next go round I will actually be served the entire piece of chicken I paid...

Just ordered in person from this location. Had to literally wait 7 mins for the cashier to get off of the phone and take my order. I ordered a family chicken meal with white rice. She told me that they no longer had white rice, only yellow rice. While waiting for my order to be made, I notice that the cook in the back kept completing orders using white rice. Even after my order was completed I noticed him serving white rice. I asked the cashier if I could atleast get a small white rice, because I noticed them still serving white rice, and again she told me that they don't have enough. I told her that they were serving rice on the orders after mine and she looked at me like too bad. Food is good, but the customer service needs improvement. Won't be back here for...

I can say I have eaten at this establishment more then 7 times in one month but I was really upset when I ordered 2 grilled steak meals and the young man with the glasses black frame told me I can only have a fountain drink when other La Granja give you a option of can or fountain I didn’t think nothing of it said ok I then went back again the next day same order n a young man asked if I want a fountain drink or a can so I was a bit confused I then went back again this time grilled chicken meal n grilled steak and the same guy with glass said I can only get a fountain drink i said ok I stood there waiting for my food when I noticed he offered ppl who tip the option of a can or fountain drink very disappointed when I spend decent amount...
