Employee Meagan was extremely rude and has no business making sandwiches in a customer service role, as she has no respect for customers.
I was patiently waiting for my sandwich, standing in the exact spot i’m supposed to wait, by the counter where the sandwich is delivered. I had my ticket at hand as she was preparing it for me.
Unprompted, she asks me “how can I help you?”.
I respond: “I’m just waiting for my sandwich”.
She says: “Oh, because you’re making me uncomfortable staring at me.”
What?? Hello??
I was just standing there waiting for my Sandwich!
I like to see how my sandwich is made so I can point out to the sandwich maker adjustments, as i can’t eat alot of fat (just a little mayo, etc)
That was poor customer service and very rude of her. She made Me feel uncomfortable. What an attitude.
I told her to her face her accusation was “Ridiculous”.
The ONLY reason i’m there (literally standing on the spot customers receive their sandwich) is because i paid and am waiting for my sandwich!
Again, ridiculous.
She is clearly a product of todays “victimhood” society.
Not all staff members are like this in this location though, several of them are nice.
But in 2023 accusing someone of “staring” at you has alot of implications.
I called her manager Steve and told him about it. He didn’t seem to take it seriously, so I decided to make this review. I told him about it, and he says “well sometimes drunk guys will stare at the woman”….huh?? Making excuses for the employee’s rude behavior basically. Ridiculous. No wonder.
This happened around 1am March/21/2023
That girl cannot work in anything customer service related.
I say this as a former...
Read moreThe ChargePoint charging station at the Wawa in Port St. Lucie off I-95 is a fantastic stop for EV drivers. This station has two DC fast chargers, each equipped with one CCS port and one CHAdeMO port. Both chargers offer speeds of up to 150 kW, ensuring a quick and efficient charging experience. I didn’t stop here because I needed to charge; I stopped here because I wanted to test the charger. As usual with ChargePoint, the process was seamless – I simply tapped my proximity card near the card reader and started charging without any issues.
Wawa adds to the convenience with its great selection of food and beverages, all cooked to order. Whether you’re in the mood for a quick snack or a full meal, Wawa has you covered. The clean restrooms are a bonus, making this a comfortable stop during any trip.
One feature I particularly appreciated was the ability to drive my car over to the gas side to clean the windshields. This made my stop not only about charging but also about refreshing my vehicle for the rest of my journey.
Overall, this ChargePoint station at Wawa offers everything an EV driver needs: reliable and fast charging, great food options, clean facilities, and the added convenience of windshield cleaning. If you’re traveling along I-95, this is a highly recommended stop for a quick and pleasant recharge.
This setup is perfect for anyone looking to test the chargers or just enjoy the amenities Wawa has to offer while recharging...
Read moreGreat place to stop in the Tradition area for gas, a sandwich or a break. This site is located on the southwest corner on SW Tradition parkway and SW Village parkway intersection. These are both large roads and seemed fairly easy to get to and depart from. It is a busy location so drive carefully. There is parking on all sides of the building. There are about 5 lanes with 2 pumps on each with 2 sides each (20 gas pumps total) for unleaded and diesel fuel on the east side. Main entrance to the store is on the east side facing the pumps although there is another exit/entrance on the west side. The store has a covered set of about 5 tables outside on the north side. The store has, as most of these locations do, a restaurant to make sandwiches and choices for food, drinks and other items for travelers. The location was clean, both inside and out, and the staff was pleasant. We tried a tuna sandwich which was very good. Gas was reasonably priced for the current high prices in the area. Overall, it seems like a good place to stop in the Tradition area for gas, a sandwich or a break. Fellow...
