As a professional individual who values integrity and customer service, I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Wendy's, specifically regarding their concerning deviation from standard protocols and treatment of delivery drivers.
Upon engaging with Wendy's for delivery services, I was taken aback by their unorthodox requirement for delivery drivers to confirm or order before receiving the items. This practice not only raises serious concerns about profiling individuals as potential thieves but also reflects a lack of trust and respect towards the very individuals who facilitate their delivery services.
When I raised this issue with the manager, expecting a rationale and professional response, I was met with a shocking display of unprofessionalism. The manager's response was not only dismissive but also laced with profanity and degrading language, creating a hostile and unwelcoming environment for customers seeking resolution.
Furthermore, my order was incomplete, with items missing upon delivery. This discrepancy, coupled with the manager's hostile behavior, suggests a worrisome pattern of behavior aimed at shifting blame onto customers rather than addressing internal shortcomings.
In conclusion, Wendy's apparent disregard for established protocols, disrespectful treatment of delivery drivers, and unprofessional conduct of management paint a concerning picture of the store's values and customer service standards. Such behavior not only undermines trust but also reflects poorly on the brand's reputation as a provider of quality food and service.
I urge Wendy's to reevaluate its practices, prioritize customer satisfaction, and uphold a culture of respect and professionalism at all levels of its operations to ensure a positive experience for...
Read moreAfter waiting for 10 minutes to order just 2 happy, I had to ask if someone was able to place my order. Employees were just walking back and forth fooling around. No acknowledgement as they seen myself and my family waiting to place an order. Finally a short dark haired lady came out and stated “her finger print is on the drive through cash register and she is unable to take my order. Her cashier was on break. If we wanted to place an order we needed to go through drive thru.” Of course after 10 minutes of waiting not something I wanted to hear. So my husband asked if she can take our order to the drive thru since we have been waiting. She walks away with no response. Waited a few minutes and asked her if that was a no? She looks at me and says “yes, you will need to go through the drive thru.” After I told her that was poor customer service, what was her name, she walked away again and proceeded to say that she does not work at this location, why does it matter what her name is. This isn’t her store. Tyrell was nice enough to come up to us and actually provide his name and apologize for what had occurred. Zack came running from the drive thru to assist us in taking our order. Tyrell then again apologized and served us after waiting a total of 30 minutes. While waiting this so called “Manager” called the cashier on her cell phone in front of us and asked him to hurry up she has angry customers in front of her. Very unprofessional & poor customer service. After all we were able to get her name (on our receipt) which was “Sydney” and Her title should be...
Read moreI wish I could put 0 stars for this place. Went here on Saturday May 18 at night and the boy that was working the cashier was so slow and didn’t know what customer service was at all .He didn’t even know how to make a frosty and that’s the easiest thing there to make .I think his name is LEONDRO or something like that but he was very rude. First of all he forgot to put down some of the stuff we ordered because he didn’t read out the order when he was done taking it then he didn’t give us our receipt and when we asked him for it he said idk where I put it. Then when we realized that we did t get everything we ordered we brought it up to him and he had a mean attitude as if it’s not his fault then he said IT IS NOT MY FOOD OR MONEY SO I DONT CARE and that made me very upset especially because there was a lady manager standing right there the whole time and didn’t do anything about it (didn’t catch her name but I really wish I did cause there’s no way you deserve to be a manager if you can’t control your employees and teach them proper customer service. The worst part of this whole thing was at the end because this LEONDRO boy who is probably about 20 years old called our FAMILY racist and that was over the top. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT WENDYS AGAIN IN OUR LIFE AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND...
