Dunkin' — Restaurant in Portage

I was at the Walmart location today. There was no one at the register. I could hear 3 girls talking/laughing in the back. I waited 5 minutes before someone came to the register. I ordered a medium dunkalatte. At this point, I was the only person in line. I moved to the end of the counter to wait for my drink. The next customers came (2 people) and placed their order. Then a third party of 4 came and placed gheir order. The 2nd people received their drinks before me, and the 3rd customers received their order before mine. I asked the young gal about my order because mine was first, she was very unprofessional and short with me. I stood for 15 minutes waiting to receive my drink. This is unacceptable, and very rude of all 3 whom were working. If a person has time to stand around to get a Dunkin Donuts coffee, then plan on waiting and plan on being disrespected for speaking up. These young kids don't have good customer service, so...

The staff that work there are very nice and trying their best, but they are literally always out of donuts. We went at 8am on a weekday and they had barely anything. The place was basically empty and had no customers but they were out of everything. I find it hard to believe that they ran out before we came. This is like the 5th time this has happened. The donuts with chocolate on top barely have any frosting on them, most likely because they are out of icing and trying to use what they have. Why is this location low on everything? Maybe corporate needs to do better? Not sure what the answer is. The app says that everything is available and then you get there and they have nothing...
