I had two clients whom are both disabled, one is even a disabled veteran, that wanted to partake in the customer appreciation day and get a sub for $1. When we arrived there were so many people already there right before 11am that I was unable to safely get them out of the vehicle to go order their own subs. So I went in and was going to get their subs for them--and my coworker stayed with them in the vehicle to ensure their continued safety. When it came my turn I explained I had 2 disabled men in the vehicle and I would appreciate if they could both get their $1 subs otherwise I'd have to get back in line and they would have to wait even longer for their food.-- the line was weaved through the building and out into the parking lot.(it was announced right before I placed my order that only 1, $1 sub per customer at a time) The woman whom I asked that question too was very rude and replied "I don't care what your excuse is 1, $1 sub per customer, so place your order for full price subs or move on." I have never in my life been treated so rudely, and these subs weren't even for me, they were for 2 disabled men who I couldn't safely get out of the vehicle so they could get their own subs. Read moreI haven't had too many experiences like this at the portage jimmy John's, but I felt like I just got really poor service tonight unfortunately. I online ordered at 5:30 p.m. The online tracker stated that my order was out for delivery at about 5:45, so I go downstairs by the apartment doors to wait. It was now 6:10 and the online order said my order had been delivered, but I hadn't seen anything. At this point I call the store and ask if my order was still on its way, to which the man who answered stated that my order was back at the store because no one had answered the door.. so what happened was they had delivered my order to a completely different address, even though I had put the right address on my order. At that point, the delivery driver had already left the store to send out different deliveries, so I had to wait for her to get back to the store to send out my delivery yet again.. no offer to remake my food, no offer for a discount, and not even a "sorry for the confusion" from the delivery driver. I never write bad reviews unless they are warranted. I just hope this doesn't happen again to anyone, and if it does, I hope you will find a way to make it right, and at the very least,...

At approximately 11:45 am I step to the counter and the guy making sandwiches looks over at me and says, "It will be at least 15 to 20 minutes before I can wait on you!" I looked back in disbelief assuming he was kidding because I was in the place where they brag I will receive my sub so fast I will freak. He then told me they have a lot of catering and they needed time to work on that. I immediately walked out. What????? I am standing right there waiting to spend my money on their overpriced food and they don't want to wait on me or take my money?
