We had such a wonderful time here, and we can't wait to return! Drinks: We started with a flight of fruity ciders, and they were fantastic. The peach cider was smooth and refreshing. The loganberry drink was fruity and flavorful, and it was not too sweet. We also tried the mixed berry drink, and it kind of tasted like cherries; the flavor shone through. Starters: We loved the bread and butter. The bread was crispy. The butter was rich and sharp, with a flavor that lingered in the best way. The plum butter offered a deep, caramelized note. The richness of the butter tamed the sesame’s nuttiness (the sesame was on the bread). Salad: The chicory salad was a delightful surprise. I normally avoid chicory due to its bitterness, but this preparation was anything but bitter. The squash was tender and flavorful, and the crispy bits added the perfect contrast in texture. It was balanced, fresh, and satisfying. Small Plates: The salmon roll was nice and crispy, but we felt like it could have used a pop of something. Some capers would have helped! I still enjoyed it, and it is excellent if you like milder flavors. We also had a mellow meatball soup dish. The flavors were a little too mild. Final Thoughts: Overall, we appreciated the thoughtful curation of flavors—nothing felt out of place, and the milder dishes had their own place. We can't wait to return and explore more of the menu!

I was so excited to hear that Bauman's was taking over the former Ecliptic Moon Room, and I was not disappointed with the results. The cider selection was excellent, as expected. The non-alcoholic selection was surprisingly excellent and definitely not expected. BUT, the food was the real shocker! Excellent, well-prepared, with a good assortment of dishes to satisfy any palate. We had the asparagus and the braised pork with their housemade sourdough. Everything was perfectly prepared and flavorful, and as it was only the second weekend open, we were prepared to wait a bit, but it was quick and delicious. I highly recommend you get out here before everyone figures out how amazing they are.

best cider in the state, probably the country, stoked they have a tap room now in SE Portland. They took over an amazing space, former beer brewery (Basecamp), with an epic patio and beautiful inside space. the food isn’t what you’d expect from a brewery/cidery, less comfort food and a little dainty for what I think most people expect from a place dedicated to ciders and beers on draft but it works at times. The burger was fantastic, and the pizza was alright too (wood fired on patio) but both only offered on special days of the week. Overall a big thumbs up, I’ll be back as I’m in the ‘hood and this has been desperately needed. Thank you.

They just opened and my wife and I already love the place. It's kid friendly and the food and ciders are amazing. We originally planned on only having the crab roll and the salmon with creme fresh and they were both so good we decided to grab the mushroom confit as well. It was delicious as well and our 2 1/2 year old son loved it too.

The ciders we all really good too. We have the modern flight and I believe the traditional one (can't remember). There was a great variety of dry and sweet and everything in-between. My wife got the Idaho and she loved it. I got one that was not on the online menu that was amazing!

We will totally be back. Delicious food, amazing ciders and a space where our...

We went for pizza night. Their pizza was delicious. Nice, chewy sourdough crust. High quality toppings. Tasty combo of things on there. I also got the roasted hazelnuts, which were also great.

I really liked a lot of their ciders (we got a couple of flights and shared them so that we could taste a bunch). They had a good variety of sweeter and drier ciders.

The atmosphere is nice and I think on a warmer day the patio would also be a great atmosphere to sit around in.

I did feel like I was inconveniencing the staff by ordering at times, but I guess that's about par for the course in Portland. :D And I wish that they had a couple more snack options than they did. Otherwise, great. I'll...
