Bibo's Philly Cheese Steaks — Restaurant in Portland

Google maps said this place was open at 1:15pm on aTuesday. I was able to place an order online, the money had already come out of my bank account, and when I got here, the place was closed. Pretty frustrating to be able to get as far as paying for something when the business isn’t open. Poor management of online presence. Update: GrubHub did refund my money that same day, citing they were unable to fulfill my order, so not a total loss-but still a bummer...

This review has nothing to do with the quality of the food it’s amazing one of the best phillys I have ever had. Well done On your food quality.
