Bradford's Sports Lounge — Restaurant in Portland

Been to Bradford's a few times. My wife and went today around noon to order a omelette and a chicken fried steak breakfast to go. The chicken fried steak was hard as a rock. I got stale toast and a very small portion of hash browns. Could not eat it. The service was not good. We felt like it was a bother to take our order. My wife ordered a drink and the bartender left it on the bar for 5 minutes. We finally asked if that was our drink and was told yup. She could not even bother to bring it to our table. I also won some money on video poker. When I went to cash it in I had to wait while she finished talking to a regular that she knew. It was like I wasnt even there. We were there for a total of 25 minutes and spent 35$ on food and a drink. We will be not be going to Bradford's again. 14$ for a chicken fried steak that I had to cut up with a steak knife? I really love this place! They have good food. They also have karaoke, and pool. Also the poker machines have a seat big enough for two at a machine. It's literally one of my most favorite places to go to gamble!. Also the bartenders are all very nice! They also have this really awesome fire pit/table inside it's sweet when it is winter and you are waiting for a machine. And the place is just super huge I mean very large like multiple pool tables and they the fancy ones. Karaoke isn't every day I'm not sure on the days any longer but it's way fun there. And the bar tenders and super intensive to the clients. There is an actual cook so the tender doesn't have to make the food as well and serve drinks...

I’ve gone here sporadically for the past year and every single time I’ve been met with over the top customer service from genuine people behind the bar. One time I came in upset after a horrible day at work and the bartender bought me a shot for my troubles. I wasn’t even a regular! we had never met but she over heard my bad phone call and wanted to make me feel welcome. Every time after that, every one talks to me like I’ve been there for years, very comfortable, make good conversation and the salads are GREAT!...
