DO NOT ORDER HERE!
I recently had open-heart surgery, and my wife just twisted her ankle the other day, so we were looking for a fast and easy solution for dinner. We couldn't have been more wrong.
We ordered at 8:28 PM tonight, and have been waiting 4 hours for our dinner to arrive. We have since ordered food from somewhere else and will be disputing the charges with the bank as soon as we're able. At 10:12 the status on the "Pizza Tracker" they provide you changed to "Quality Check", one step away from going out for delivery. It is absolutely ridiculous and disgraceful to run a business this way, and we will NOT be ordering from here any longer. We have NEVER had such an awful experience ordering pizza, nor indeed ordering ANYTHING where it was this bad.
We tried to call in earlier, around 9:15, when the pizza hadn't yet arrived. I waited on hold for ONE WHOLE HOUR before giving up trying to find out what's going on with my order, or trying to cancel it. Whomever owns this particular branch of Domino's, you should be ashamed, and you should look into your VERY incompetent staff. You are obviously NOT fit to run a business, and should stop STEALING PEOPLE'S MONEY. Absolutely ridiculous and disgraceful. I could have made my own dough and pasta sauce by now and made my own pizza.
You all should be ashamed of yourselves.
Maybe my pizzas will arrive tomorrow, cold, stale, and moldy.
EDIT: I wasn't able to go to sleep, so I stayed up and occasionally checked on the tracker through the night. At 1:30, 30 minutes before their store closes, the tracker finally changed to the "Delivery" tab. By 2:30, SIX HOURS AFTER I ORDERED IT, it still said it was out for delivery, and by that time, I was finally able to go to sleep.
When I awoke at 8:30, I look again and it now says "COMPLETED!", so I go and look outside where lo and behold, there are two cold, stale pizzas sitting on my porch, thankfully NOT torn open by racoons or other wildlife. The pizzas also look burnt, as if they had been thrown back in the oven before delivery to be reheated. Absolutely disgusting health practice if that is so, and makes me wonder about their health standards at this location. Honestly it makes me wonder if they even wash their hands there.

Read moreSo I ordered a hour ago. Now, I have ordered from a different place. I understand that things happen. But will gladly accept a refund. There is no way I'm going to wait. The main issue is that you guys have charged my card, and have not explained if you can commit to the service you do, such as delivering pizza. If this is a one time out of your control thing I understand. Still going to need that dough back. There is a issue with accepting a credit, other than crediting back my account the money you were paid, and did not commit to doing in the time frame you stated. I was able to go and get burgers, eat them and still have not been updated. It's been over two hours now since you charged me and said a pizza is coming in 30 minutes. I will never order from you guys again. 11/17/24 6:20 I got a email saying that my pizzas were delivered, and they had a "deal" for me to make the delivery all better. You didn't deliver. And from the pizza tracker you did, just not at the location I ordered the pizzas to. That location you show as the area you delivered is well over a hour away. If you couldn't deliver I could have walked down there at like 2 pm. It's a 5 minute drive with heavy traffic to my house from the pizza place. Why does the tracker show this and you emailed me saying you delivered. I called the local store where my order was supposed to be fulfilled by, and was on hold for 20 minutes, didn't get a hold of anyone. 11/17/24 7:10pm, after ordering some pizzas at 1:56pm. I'm currently on the phone again with the store that didn't deliver. I have been on hold for over ten minutes after the initial person was like " let me get my manager". Read moreFinally getting around to posting this HORRIBLE experience I had on 8/04/24. I thought customer service and delivery insurance would come through with a refund to fix this- haven’t heard a word. Made my online order for delivery at 8:53 pm. Online it said 15-21 minutes. My sick husband had to end up going to pick up our order even though we paid a delivery fee AND left a tip. I called three times. First one they answered and overheard me telling my son I wanted a refund and abruptly put me on hold. I hung up and called back as they kept me waiting, this time they told me it was “out for delivery” even though online it still said “just went into oven” as I was on hold from the first call. That was at 9:59 pm. I called back at 10:23 asking why it was still in quality check and the person who answered the phone was so dang rude. Kept saying “customers are being SO needy and impatient, they don’t understand another store on division burned down so we’re getting all their orders. We’re four hours behind and I also don’t have a delivery driver for your order. Make a claim, I can’t help you or refund you.” At that point I was so annoyed I asked for them to cancel the delivery and my husband would pick it up. And guess what? They didn’t cancel it and I was still charged. I haven’t gotten a response even though I put in several claims.
