Read moreBrittany the worker and Sarah the manager had run out of meatballs at 7pm when I came in. I asked right away if they had them as I am used to them not being available. Brit told me they were out and that they go fast. The tone and nod implied I should get there before they are gone. I started to walk out but turned and stated that this happens regularly, they still have hours of time left for sales and its still dinner time... i also said they should get that sh** figured out. I was wrong to cuss. It came out like a regular conversation though. I was not mean or yelling. Brit responded maturely and told me to have a good night... then she said have a better night... Then she said to" have a better attitude too". She looked offended that I was leaving. I turned and left, but immediatly came back in when I realized what she said. I was talking to her as I walked back in and she hid in the office. She was obviously talking to someone whom I assume was Sarah the assistant manager. I tried to get her attention and she ignored me and nobody came out to help. I wanted to know what was wrong with my attitude as I am Not the one ill prepared for my job. I am still wondering. Aside from the cuss word, my tone was fine. Dear Brittany... the world will swallow you if you continue to act like a child. Please learn from this and grow beyond your juvenile maturity. Good luck to you and your store. My business does over $100 a week in orders. It will be simple to go to another store and refrain from my money paying your...
Read moreThe moment I entered the store I knew I was in for a rare and fulfilling customer service experience. The floor was mopped, tables, clean and chairs upside down on the tables.
I arrived about 20 minutes before closing and Derek promptly greeted me with a level of enthusiasm uncommon when an employee is looking forward to going home.
Derek's attitude was EXCELLENT! He mentioned that due to other locations closing early he's used to getting their overflow and was happy to see me.
My sandwich was made quickly, with care, and Derek even had the foresight to offer wrapping the sandwiches individually after I asked him to cut it in half.
His friendly easy going demeanor would fit right in at higher end restaurants and I was moved to give him a $5 tip against an $8 purchase.
The stores windows, sidewalk, and parking lot were all clean and there's plenty of parking available. You can count on this location to provide you a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience, and hopefully you luck out and have a chance to have Derek...
