La Victoria Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Portland

Worst experience. Waitress was nice but terrible food and place. Starting with the food, we ordered steak, tortilla soup, quesadilla deluxe and chicken taquitos. The better was the tortilla soup even though was salty for me, then the quesadilla deluxe with chicken was okay, the chicken taquitos was terrible, like made with old re-heat chicken and fried in old oil, super oily and not a bit crunchy and also without taste, missing salt; but the worst was the carne asada steak, the beef was terrible, really bad consistency and taste, we ask to change it for chicken because was impossible to eat and also the chicken was bad but whatever we didn’t said anything about the chicken and just left it. But when the bill arrived they charged us for the carne asada and also the chicken, I mean, worst customer service ever, that have never happened to me not even in Mexico. And the place was dirty, outside is messy. I decided to came here because of the reviews I saw but I will believe are all from family and friends because this place has been my worst food experiencia in...

I would give 0 stars if Google allowed it. The service was severely lacking, the place was gross (the table was dusty), the free chips and salsa were horrendous! The chips were SO stale and mostly crummy and the salsa was bland and watery. You could get much better salsa across the street at Sheridan's. My partner and I each got individual entrees. He got a steak plate and the beef was so tough in texture that it was hard to chew. My wet burrito could have used more sauce as well as spices; it just tasted bland and the veggie fillings were not the freshest either. When we asked for a refill of chips, we were told they ran out (???). How could they have when it was just us dining there and the place is empty most of the time? We live nearby and are so bummed about the quality of food and service. I also don't understand why the lot owner allowed another Mexican restaurant to open right next to a Mexican restaurant that's been there for years. I swear this lot is cursed because the restaurants prior to this spot didn't last long...

People that works there at (Victoria’s)they don’t know how to respect there customers. they are always rude and give the customers attitude, it is really bad to give your customers bad attitude and also l am there regular customer so they shouldn’t give me a bad attitude. and also we was trying to eat inside they told us to leave.while we sat and they said that they will close in 10 min and then they changed to we closing in 1mintus, so we should leave there.and there was still other people sitting there.and they only told us to leave and they were acting very racist. which is weird. the food l ordered it comes with drinks they didn’t give me the cups for the drinks when l ask them they told me to leave the restaurant or they going call the police which is was so disrespectful.
