Because this McDonald's is by the airport they have jacked their prices up on EVERY item because they can based on proximity of travelers and the hotels. In addition, I have been given the wrong food both times I have gone through the drive thru. First time I didn't catch the mistake and got to work and ended up just eating someone else's breakfast order and coffee. The second time I caught the mistake at the food window, and the staff member proceeded to tell me that the order that they gave me was correct. When I tried to hand her the food back and tell her, again, that the food was wrong, she began to argued with me, and demanded that I show her the receipt from the previous window. When I handed her the receipt she finally took the food back, and told me to pull around because they had to remake my order (this is one of the McDonald's where there are two separate drive thru order lines-- so clearly they keep messing up with handing out the food in the right order of cars in the lineup). When I received my food they didn't bring the coffee, when I told the girl that my coffee was missing, she proceeded to tell me that she had already given the coffee to me at the window. I told her again that she had not handed me the coffee, she became agitated. I invited her to look in my car for the Large coffee, as there would have been no way that I would have been able to finish that much coffee in that time, she said that she would be right back. She brought out black coffee. I told her that I ordered it with cream and Splenda, not black she got even more agitated. I told her to drop it, and decided just to leave. I used the creamers at work so that I didn't have to deal with her again that day. I haven't been back since. I'd rather give my money to someplace else than continue to pay over-priced McDonald's products and be accused of something that never happened. Save your time and money. My recommendation is that there is a Burger King and Jack In The Box across the street, and a Wendy's not...
Read moreI have dined in and experienced a myriad of McDonalds franchises, and this by far is one of the best.
The menu boards are large LCD flat panel TVs illustrating menu items and prices instead of the outdated plastic static menus. They have a wheelchair accessible entrance next to their main entryway. Their floors are generally clean because they are swept and mopped every night. All employees are trained to greet every customer upon entering, and are prompt and courteous with customer service.
They have a large dining room able to accommodate single, couple, and group diners. Their dining room is conducive to casual browsing or remote working because they have free WiFi, several seating positions with dual electrical outlets, and both bench and chair seating for individual or group collaboration.
In addition, they have "Tap to Pay" or "Pay by Phone" at their POS devices, and barcode readers for scanning coupons from your McDonalds app for free food items with regular purchase. They offer great lighting design with several hanging lamps interspersed with regular florescents, as well as modern and contemporary interior design. Their bathrooms are cleaned, swept, and wiped down every night. Their toiletries are well stocked, so you're never in the situation where after you've entered and used the stall, do you then realize they are out of toilet paper.
Food quality is standard McDonalds faire, so you know what you're getting, and prices are low especially if you strategically order by utilitizing a McDonalds coupon and leveraging the McDonalds app to either purchase at lower cost or...
Read moreI got treated worst by the manager then the workers. I literally only go here for my kids! They order plain cheese burgers everywhere we go! Tonight we ordered a plain burger and they got the burger wrong, my daughter who is 4 years old no longer wanted a burger after biting into onions and pickles! So I went back through the line and told them they messed up. They told me to just pull up to the window. When I pulled up they attempted to give me someone else’s order like they didn’t just tell me to pull up! Then I told them that’s not mine. You guys got my order wrong and my daughter just wants nuggets instead of another burger. She’s a kid and at this point she doesn’t trust biting into another burger. I asked the first worker if he wanted the burger back and he said NO! I told him she already bit into it anyway so there’s no point to take it back. Which restaurants aren't supposed to be taking food back anyway due to COVID! Then he left the window to ask for help (obviously needing approval) the manager lady came to the window and told me first that she couldn’t give me nuggets and tells me to give the burger back as if I’m lying about my order being wrong. Profiling me and my kids like we need to steal a 2dollar burger and we’re African American by the way! Then tries to argue with me like if I don’t give the burger back she’s not going to help me. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had and I will be filing a lawsuit for discrimination, racism and this is just completely embarrassing to be honest! McDonald you really need...
