Monster Tea — Restaurant in Portland

I typically order through DoorDash or Postmates and I’ve always gotten great service. They have great non-dairy options for me as a vegan and is one of my favourite Thai teas in Portland. Yesterday I made a massive order quite late in the evening and due to some very reasonably human mistakes, my order was quite a wrong. Postmates/Uber was NO HELP WHATSOEVER! So when MHT opened this morning, I called and spoke to the lovely Sara(h) who fixed my order. I hassled Uber for TWO HOURS last night trying to understand why they wouldn’t refund even part of my order. Sara(h) and Lilla (?) were kind, compassionate, and very helpful. It is absolutely one of the best boba shops in town! I have been here for several times. Since I don't live nearby and can't come here as often as I want to, I crave for their drinks all the time. The mango matcha latte is legitimately the best mango matcha you can find in Portland. The flavor of mango, matcha, and milk were well balanced. They also have alternative milk options. There is a small surcharge for it but it's at the market price and absolutely makes sense under this inflated economy. The employees were super friendly and answered all my questions patiently. I also appreciate that they reminded me to shake my drink before drinking as it is meant to be mixed well. I recommend this place to any boba...

We came here while we were waiting for our clothes that we thrifted for an estimate. This boba has been on my list to visit eventually mainly because of their themed drinks. When we visited they had Mario themed drinks probably because of the latest Mario movie. I was a bit sad hoping it'd be a different theme like Barbie since that is the current trend. However, I wasn't as sad because I didn't miss out on trying out the Mario themed boba.
