Update: I'm now a regular here. Incredibly consistent, amazing quality. Everything here is delicious, I find that the chicken and the pastor tacos are my go to, along with the tostones. Just had the churros for the first time ... Amazing. Alan and Lupita who run this place are so kind and I love eating their incredible food made with a lot of love.

Don't skip this place. Everything here is prepared with immense care and the recipes are magical. The young fellow who runs it is super stoked to serve you their amazing food, with so much hospitality, and honestly it feels like they're serving you right from their home. 2 stars for small portions and slow service. The guy at the counter was very nice and had a great vibe. I ordered 3 pork al pastor tacos. It took almost 15 minutes for them to arrive at my table and there was almost no one in the building. I was about to get up and check on them before I saw the gentleman walking over with my order. When they arrived, they were the smallest street tacos I have ever seen. They did not have the double tortilla I am accustomed to. The taste of the tacos were fine, nothing to write home about. Guys. This place is SO GOOD. I've spent a cumulative couple years in Mexico and have eaten a metric kajillion street tacos, and Mota y Limón had me thinking I had NEVER EATEN A TACO BEFORE.

Straight up, the Black Pastor has flavors that I've never quite experienced before and never knew that I needed. It is a whole new level of taco.

Not only that, but this is the friendliest service you will ever find. You will be begging to pay them more money. That's how they make you feel: welcomed, loved, and like you deserve the best food in the world.
