Proof Pizza — Restaurant in Portland

Ordered delivery: I have to say I was extremely excited to try Proof. Coming from the Chicagoland area and growing up on Jake's, Lou's, and Joe's (in Wheeling), I had high hopes. And let me say, everything still tasted good in its components but everything was cold by the time the driver got here. And its a partner via Uber so there's no control over the delivery process on their end. So with that, I am still very excited to try this place again but go get it fresh, myself. The crust was a little overdone but only slightly and the boscoe sticks would have been great if they weren't cooled and the cheese solidified instead of being melty (so far Roscoe's in Boystown still wins on Boscoe sticks). The wings were also cooled. And none of this would be a major issue if we had an oven in our RV. If, when I try them again, I find the issues with delivery to be primarily on the delivery aspect, I will gladly change...

This place is absolutely dialed in and ready to serve some tasty pizza from their curated menu, the pizza pop up window is perfect for the walkers in the neighborhood to receive truly exceptional customer service while ordering takeaway’s… can’t wait for the FOH to be completed and ready for table service and to enjoy some items from their...

Proof Pizza is the real deal. The sausage and giardiniera are both outstanding. The owner is friendly, honest, and generous. I hope this place is around for a long, long time.

Can't wait to see what they do to the old Pepper Box...
