I really really loved this place! The owners were so friendly and had great recommendations for us for our first time eating there. The ambiance of the restaurant to me was so comfortable and homey. The food had great flavor and depth. The Arepas were there best I have ever had! So much flavor! The Yucas Fritas were also awesome. The sauces they paired them with were wonderfully fresh and matched very well with the fried yuca. My friend had the Vegan Plate and absolutely loved it. She loved how there were so many different flavors and textures. She said each bite was different and loved pairing the accompanying sauces with it to get a unique experience with each bite. She barely spoke when she ate! I loved the Estofado de carne. It was incredibly flavorful, delicious, and very comforting. The Mojito was soooooo good! I could have kept those going all night! We tried the Cola & Pola and omg what a treat! I have never had anything like that before and found a new fave! We also loved the Colombiana, which to me tasted like a not as sweet version of a cream soda. I suspect they use real sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup and it makes all the difference! We will definitely be back to try more...

The price of the bendeja peisa has gone up but the quality and quantity of food has has gotten so bad. The chicharron was 1/4 of the thickness and so over cooked I couldn't bite it. The bistec ( steak) was also such bad quality and so thin & touch. The sausage was a hot dog!! Not the typical sausage. I will not be back. I am so disappointed as this was the best Columbian restaurant in town 4 years ago. Now it's the worst.

I always order the bandeja paisa since they opened the Hawthorne location and have noticed that the portions have gotten alot smaller over the past year and the meat is always over cooked. The flavor of the dish is very good tho so i will keep ordering it. My experience with Eating In has been very slow service. Now i go to the register and place my order for here and then grab a seat. When I have sat down to order i typically waited 20 mins before someone took my order. The food cart always knocks it out of the park with food...

Feels small but has plenty of seating indoors as well as their outside patio. Various options for vegetarian foodies. Clean & lively with their music & colorful ambiance. Went for late dinner on a Sunday & it wasn’t busy. Fast to place our order however time was bit long in receiving food. Wheelchair & kid friendly.. They bus your table. They offer free water station inside, right wall. Definitely a fun new spot. Their yucca & plantain were SO delicious. The small potatoes didn’t have much flavor & tasted a bit off, however they were perfectly sautéd crispy outside, soft inside. The beef could have been better, It was too chewy & felt overly seasoned. The sausage/chicken were cooked to a perfect crisp, still juicy with a rich seasoning. Ceviche 10/10!!!!! Creamy & savory. Overall a solid 8.8...
