Rick’s Cabaret what can I divulge? I’ve been going there well before it was Rick’s, there are some solid people there but it’s been overrun by people trying to take money out of each others pockets and conning customers out of experiences they go there for. A club means an establishment you go where people gather with mutual interests and activities while maintaining certain boundaries and a level of respect for each individuals better interests. That being said, that is not the experience I have been privy to. The whole experience is not horrible, like I said certain individuals are trust worthy, Missy is the best tender in the business. Missy also is the backbone of rick’s, honestly Mamma looks out for everyone and you couldn’t ask for a better friend, advocate or business associate from what I’ve witnessed. I’ve seen Shaq climb the ranks and grow as an individual, also handle many situations that most people would have had trouble accomplishing or finding a solution for. Jarell always acknowledges honesty and shows recognition where deserved from what I’ve experienced. Sam congratulations to your new addition and wish you both well.(Shout out to Kendrick, Austin, Joe & Joe, D & D, Shawn from corporate, Nick, Jason, Scott ). Flo and Larry keep the place bumping and do a great job even though strip club music is not allowed but Flo definitely brings it back to what it is lmao! Autumn and Luna are the next Missy. Khylie, Erin, Brittney, Phoenix, tongue daddy and Ethan are the best napkin ghosts in the business while also being personable and respectful. Malee stays rocking bottle service and always makes it a great time. Now the dancers, there’s a lot and I’ve interacted with approximately 80% to 90% of them. performance stage wise Devon has great moves and she’s not afraid to show them, at the same time wellllll Crystal Sttar is the best lol. Olive, Chanel, and Melanie are the best back room dances hands down or no hands lol. shout out to Riley, peanut, Gia, Iris, Renae, Kara, Viper, Rachel, Material, Rarity, Onyx, Elektra,India, remy, Lyla, Macey, Taylor, KiKi, Sophia, Molly, Camilla, Raven, Riley, Chevy Silverado and many more. (selena does not deliver and still owes money or delivery of services that was paid for up front which is grimy as well as unprofessional, there are others, but none like Selena which totaled close to $1,000 ).Tasha, Rome, Erin, Quinn and Ava, you ladies do a great job your the first impression when we enter the establishment and the last when we leave. All the good doesn’t negate the things I have witnessed that drives business away, I’ve observed customers entering and leave in an hour because not one performer had sat down with them and been personable and entertaining. performers that do not even get on stage they only perform in the back rooms. Ive also witnessed performers redirecting customers to spend their money outside the club on said performers, which is bad business practice, as well as 86ing customers to appease performers. Now the main point is and also might be the question you are asking yourself is this…. who is running this establishment? Because it’s not what it used to be and quite frankly from 85% of customers that I’ve talked to...
Read moreAfter having visited many similar establishments up and down the East Coast, I am basing this review comparatively. I went for the first time on a Saturday night, and was greeted and welcomed by security who were some of the most genuine, caring individuals in the building. As it being my first time, they offered me tours, some different informational guides, where everything was located, etc. A+ performance on the generosity and the ability to make others feel comfortable in this space. This also includes, the waitresses and bartender, who, as well as security always came to check on customer with a thumbs up if you need anything. The performers did a fantastic job on stage, with some quality pole dancing skills, and having slight interactions with customers sitting on the edge of the stage. But... as soon as their couple of songs were over, 85% of the performers went to the raised VIP area and hid from all human interaction from customers. I never once was approached by a performer to interact with. Extremely disappointed with the business model of "get on stage perform and your done working until your back up again." I've never seen this anywhere else, as most performers work their tails off for customer interaction for more profit such as chit chatting, asking where their from, what brings you hear etc etc. If you've never been to a gentleman's club before and this place is your first time, you'll still be drooling over the sights you see on stage and you'll be fine with that. There's really something to be said about southern hospitality. It truly is a shame the lack of drive and motivation from these performers to waste away the night hiding when they could be so much more profitable just by having a friendly conversations with customers and "of course" acting like they are interested. 5 stars for the security, bartenders, and waitresses though! Performers should go on a field trip...
Read moreI withdrew money out of the atm and asked it to be broken 50 in 5 and 50 in 1s. I had 36 cash with 30 in 5s and 6 in 1s already sitting on the counter. When bar tender cameback with my change i realized the stack of 1s seemed pretty light, so I counted it and was only 23 not 50 1s. So i said hey this is only 23 not 50. After checking the camera the manager claimed that I was trying to short him, because he said he thought the $36 dollars i already had on me was the remaining they owed me. I tried talking to every employee there about the issue that they short me $27. Keep in mind the manager Scott watching the cameras never actually came out to talk to me directly, he was just translating information to the other employees through walky talky. All the employees realized the mistake and were trying to compensate me for being shorted $27 by compensating me a shirt or drinks, and respectful about the situation. But I just wanted the manager scott the one claiming watch the cameras to come out and talk me directly about the problem and give me back $27, but he couldn't even take 10mins out of his time do that, but could claim to watch the cameras for 45min before making the decision not to give me back the $27 his employee shorted me. So I only left with 73 dollars out of the $100 I gave the bar tender. I won't be coming back there.
$27 isn't alot of money, but it's the principle of the situation that the person making the decision never came out to talk to me directly and the employees trying to justify being shorted $27 by giving $16 in free drinks or...
