You are coming here for the view - and the view is worth it!! This place has a fantastic overlook of Portland and when we came for a drink the sun was out and the rooftop patio setting was wonderful. The drinks are fine and served in plastic cups. I do enjoy drinks served in glass better, I think it compliments the overall experience and flavor. The vibe is casual, and we did not try the food. When looking at what food was being served, it seemed to be basic bar food - nothing exceptional. I got a glass of chilled Chardonnay, it was pretty good and refreshing for a hot summer afternoon. I will mention that the staff was not particularly friendly compared to the other restaurants and cafes we went into within the city of Portland. This did make the overall experience a little less nice - our waiter just seemed like he really did not want to be there. I would not come to this place for the food, drinks, or staff. I would absolutely come here to experience the rooftop patio setting and get some photos with the epic view of Portland as your backdrop. Come here for a pre-dinner drink and photo session, then head to another restaurant for your main meal.

This was my favorite place. I came here on my birthday today because I love it so much. Ordered a margarita and did not like it (normally wouldn't ever send a drink back, but it's my birthday and I wanted to enjoy the drink). The bartender said to me, "What's wrong with it?" When I couldn't answer quick enough, he said,"It's a batch made in house margarita, I know it's good." At that point, I said I'm sorry. I was just hoping to try something else. And he said "well what do you even want?" He was so rude and talking down to me. I kept my drink and walked away (never drank it as it was not to my taste.) I was a server for years - I understand this business, but I've never been so disrespected. I'm never coming back to one of my favorite places, which is so sad. Highly do not recommend. And no he never made any effort to apologize. Really ruined my day.

come for the views!!! Elevator takes you right to the roof, amazing views of mt St. Helens & Hood. Semi busy when we first arrived for lunch hour but filled up quick. Beer is ok, but the mock tails are refreshing. Food is eh. the menu included a bratwurst & burger (which I appreciate could be substituted for a vegan option), and a small selection of sides. 3 people in my party ordered the burger & we all agreed it was overcooked. I ordered a “bed of greens” instead of a bun, which was definitely not a bed, in fact, it was the amount to feed your pet rabbit a midnight snack. Why arugula? I’m not sure, as I was expecting some sort of lettuce, which is what is typically served on a standard burger. The mini pickle on my dish was forgotten and the only other ingredient on said burger is sliced tomato. Potato chips are included as a side & you can choose between another, the baked beans were the best part of the meal.

There’s a small corner on the rooftop that is specifically blocked off so you can take pics with downtown in...

Venue (rooftop) = beautiful!

Customer Service = terrible, unfriendly, annoyed, rude. I should not have to go out of my way to spend money at your establishment. Don’t turn your back to customers while they are speaking to you. Don’t make them track you down for 2nd/3rd rounds. Provide dining wear, don’t spill drink on your customers without acknowledging your mistake... my goodness, the list goes on.

Food = generic -poor - not worth the price

Drinks = generic with house cocktails that were tolerable but would not order again

The COVID panic/theme park instructions upon entry are very unprofessional and inhospitable. If you cannot provide a warm, inviting, friendly atmosphere and service due to COVID “restrictions” then perhaps you are not ready to reopen. Other venues have this down to an art.

Neither I, nor my business parties will...
