Stan's Food & Deli — Restaurant in Portland

Been going there for years and for most of the years I didn't have no issues but recently the young guy with dark hair who works there was so bored that he decided to tell me I was parked in a no-parking area even though I parked right in front of the store in the same spot for years!? even sat their and ate lunch and gambled there for an hour or two before...n never had any issues and after what five or six years of doing the same thing he decided to come and tell me that I'm blocking the area in a no-parking Zone even though I've been parking there for years and years [which i find out he ours right but you would have to look from a plane the letters were so big and also faded 90% gone!?] So... he decided to come and tell me hey but you're parked in a no-parking Zone I said okay let me just finish this last 20 bucks he comes back in like 1 minute later telling me that he's going to watch my machine for me right when I'm in the middle of a bonus (no one leaves in the middle of a bonus now come on LOL) I told him just give me a second I'm going to cash out I'm in the middle of a bonus he tells me "well I believe you just trying to stay here and play the game" and I'm like "honestly no I'm not I'm trying to pull out while I'm ahead"... He says okay well I'm watching machine for you I said dude it's not that big of a deal it was literally like 11 o'clock at night close to when they were about to close and there was nobody out there outside or in store just us 3 gamblers .. I don't know what his problem was must have been real bored all the gamblers could not believe it either but of course it's not my store and I did the right thing and pulled out my money thankfully I was ahead 20 bucks or something the store isn't that bad and most of the workers have always treated me nicely but it honestly made me a little steamed like a teapot LOL so had to give it 3 out of 5 for customer service but I would say four stars out of five other than that best worker there was Ruby and the other lady I can't remember her name she was really nice with long black hair I believe in her early forties and I never really cared for the owner that much he was always thinking everybody was a thief that was the feeling you always got when he was there but other than that gambling is pretty tight I do appreciate the wide variety of drinks and they're hot food and cold sandwiches or not that bad it's a 50-50 when you go in there I guess if you get treated nice them...

Outtasight sandwich!!! Bangin' bargain!!! Intended for 1? but could easily have fed 2+ Great scrumptious quality!! She really hooked it up. Definitely appreciated how thoughtfully not to mention quickly prepared. Heck i'm even thinking about going back to Stan's and getting another today:D.. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Deli is large, but cozy. Both the hot case and cold case look pretty tasty. Vast selection of American and international products. Conveniently located too. Right on the corner of 82nd and Alberta. Hubby and I ordered on Easter and omg this is probably so far, 😁 my favorite place. I cannot wait to check out in person. We got a French dip, a Reuben, the potstickers, the crab wontons, the jalapeno poppers, and the jojos. Kind of a lot for just the hubby and I, buuut these are all of our favorite things.
